If you are in need of flooring I would HIGHLY recommend Daniel at Elephant. He and his team are 100% customer focused. I have found their pricing to be very fair and workmanship is top notch. I would not hesitate to use them if I ever needed a flooring contractor again.

Overall I had a great experience with the Elephant flooring team. Daniel responded to the call, took measurements the same day we called, and gave us a very reasonable quote the next morning. He is a true subject expert and gave us a lot of excellent advice about installation and process. The team came on Monday next week, right in time. They gave us a call before they came. George was the main contractor installing the floor, and he was just amazing.

The team put in my kitchen and living room floors. They did a great job - great quality materials and installation. The installation team was reliable and thoughtful. And the price was reasonable.

They did an amazing job with our floors and installing new baseboards throughout the house! Daniel gave us a bid that was transparent and fair and his install crew was very efficient and professional. As with any projects you run into issues. Whenever we brought up issues they addressed them right away. Very happy with how our project turned out and would definitely hire them again for any other flooring projects in the future.

Daniel the owner as quick and very easy to communicate via text. Camellia was the person who helped me in the store. She was helpful and we ended up ordering the floors from them. My contractor was able to pick up the floorings with no issue. Happy with this local business.

Daniil is a true professional, honest and extremely knowledgable. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He came out and measured everything and provided me clear estimates of the work to be done. He never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need but did offer small ideas on how to upgrade the work without breaking the bank.

For example, he said contrasting the stairs with white bases would give them a much more modern and luxury feel, and I definitely agree they came out quiet nice for just a small increase in cost. The carpet was ruined by the previous renter, but Daniil and his team replaced it with great LVP flooring solution from Gaia. The before and after was a huge improvement and the work was done quickly in less than a week. I'll certainly be calling them for future flooring work and would recommend them to anywhere in the Bay Area looking to upgrade their floors!

Reached out to Daniil as we were looking to get quotes from multiple floor installers. Daniil promptly came out to gather measurements and quickly sent us a quote within 1-2 days. He was very responsive via text messaging too when I was picking his brain for the best way to install our floors with the least amount of squeaking. Although we ultimately proceed with using him and his team to install our floors, he has terrific communication skills, offered to go the extra mile to get sound proof padding if we so wished it and immediately took pictures of padding he would recommend if we went down that route. I have no doubt he would have installed our floors to perfection and honestly would have gone with Daniil if we could afford it.

I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it.

They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback.and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!

Excellent experience with Daniil and his team led by Jorge. We had the whole place redone with engineered bamboo flooring and were living in the house for the duration. I am extremely happy with Elephant Floor for my entire house refinishing hardwood floor. Before Elephant Floors came to my house and replaced my laminate, I felt dizzy every time I looked at my floor when I came home from work or vacation. It was simply ugly and dirt would get through the cracks. There was even discoloration, which is embarrassing. I told myself for years I would get this job done, and I didn't want to spend the money to hire the pros.

I'm inherently distrustful of businesses. A colleague of mine recommended Elephant Floors, and I gave them a try. His recommendation went far, plus his home is beautiful, so I guess I was a bit jealous. Not anymore, I think my floor outdoes his. Now when I come home I take my shoes off and slide into the kitchen from the hallway. It's pretty freaking amazing.

I want to impress the fact that everything done was done at an affordable price, so it's a great deal either way you look at it. I definitely believe Elephant Floors deserves higher than a five star rating. Maybe a 10 star.

This Elephant Floors Company is amazing. It was end of September, every flooring company was busy at the moment. We were in a time crunch for our hardwood floor install prior to moving in. Daniel promise us it will be done in 3 days. We moved in on the 4th day and the new floor looks beautiful. Great customer service, price and installation. Will recommend them and use again.

We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices.

The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction.

They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project was completed within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects.

I had an amazing experience with elephant floors. they were super honest and told me how to fix the flooring issues without charging anything.

I hired Elephant floors to refinish my parents house. Daniel came over to do the estimate. Very consultative approach and reasonable price. The house was fully furnished, so the guys moved all the furniture out of the house, and put it right back when the job was done. It took them a week to complete the project, pleasant surprise, they promised me 8 days. My parents and I love the floor, and I would recommend Elephant floors to anyone who want to refinish their hardwood.
