Born to Move moved us from Massachusetts to Colorado. They were the best moving service we have ever had. They had to move our furniture and belongings down three flights of stairs and we were so surprised at how swiftly and efficiently they did the work. If you are looking for a professional and reliable moving company then look no further. These guys helped me with my local move back in 2017 and I had a good experience with them. So I decided to work with them to help me with move from MA to NJ. Promptly responded to my queries, provided me with a quote which was lower than most of the other movers.

On the day of the move, Vlad and Eugen showed up right on time. These guys are pro's and know in and out of the moving business. They packed everything with care and loaded the truck in just two hours. They took extra care to make sure that each of our boxes/stuff reached their appropriate rooms at our new place in NJ. All of our moving stuff was intact with no damage whatsoever! Both Vlad and Eugen are professional/knowledgeable/hard working and deserve every bit of appreciation. Would definitely consider working with them in the future!

Afansii and his crew were top notch and worked hard. They were on time for the estimated date of moving delivery and was more than accommodating unpacking, setting up, and making sure everything was done prior to them leaving. We used Born to move about 3 weeks ago and all we can say was WOW! They are a fantastic moving company with professionals who worked very hard to move us out and into our new home. The team we had was very pleasant and did not hesitate to ask any questions about what goes where. Our stuff was moved with care, nothing was broken, and anything that had to be wrapped in blankets was carefully done as such. The team from born to move was amazing - they were able to take our 2 bedroom very full apartment into our new home quickly in the rain and were professional the whole time. Jenya, Tinken, and David were awesome and got everything all set up for us across the multiple floors of our house!

I can't overstate how easy Born to Move was to work with and what a great job they did! Booking was easy, and when I had to change the dates, they were completely accommodating. I had a multi day move with several pick up locations so I ended up working with two different crews. At first I thought we got lucky with such nice, professional, capable, hard working guys but the second crew was exactly the same. They handled everything with extreme care, they were personable and helpful and made the move so easy! Absolutely top notch!

My family just worked with Born to Move for a move from Boston to Maine. They were absolutely fantastic! First off, they easily accommodated a fairly last minute change in the move date. The team - Javier, Javier and Miguel - showed up at our home right on the minute of their scheduled arrival. It was a big job, but they were professional, kind, positive, and incredibly efficient. They moved us out of a two bedroom condo (with full basement!)drove to Maine, and unloaded in about 10 hours - wow! I would work with Born to Move again in a heartbeat!

Juan and the team at Born to Move did a great job. We were exchanging locations with our daughter and family on the same street. It turned out to be a complicated move. We had two moving trucks and by the end of the day 9 movers from our place where we had lived for 40 years! The movers were responsive, courteous, energetic and stuck to the task including up and down many stairs with lots of artwork, furniture and boxes. Storage was also arranged.

Could not have had a better experience in my move from NYC to the Boston area. The movers arrived on time, completed the move in the estimated time, and treated my belongings with the utmost care and concern. I used this moving company right before the pandemic in March 2020 and they were very communicative, professional, and nice. There was initially a miscommunication about how many movers I got where I requested 3 movers but got 2 movers but the owner was very responsiveness and helpful in correcting the issue. I've had horrible moving experiences in the past so the fact that the owner was willing to make it right meant a lot to me customer service wise. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. They were very responsive and got back to me rapidly with a quote. The team they sent was hard working and understood immediately how to load the archives boxes in the truck in order to put them correctly in the storage it wasn't easy as there were a lot of boxes, over two hundred, and they had to be stored by type and in a specific order so archivists can find easily and quickly a specific box they need to work on.

Had a great experience with the team here for a long distance move. I needed a specific COI for my building and they were responsive and quick to prepare all necessary documents. The move itself was stellar. They were on-time, friendly, and careful with all my belongings.

Javier, Nelson, and Efrain were amazing! They worked diligently and quickly; they cared for our stuff; and were so nice and personable. We super appreciated there professionalism and help with our move; and we know our friends appreciate not having to help us haul our stuff up to our new house (its on a quite large hill). UPDATE 7/7/21: Born to Move reached out and after hearing about our situation and offered us a significant partial refund which covered the costs for assembly and damages. We also received an offer from one of the movers to come by the next to assembly the remaining furniture-we had already assembled the furniture, but appreciated the gesture. I really appreciate that they reached out to make the situation right after our experience. 7/3/21 Extremely disappointed with service today.

My experience was consistent with the other one star rating reviews. The movers told us they would arrive between 10am-12pm, but arrived at two different times with two different vehicles at 12:30 and 2:30, for our July move from NYC to Boston. I had reserved permitted parking in front of our new building between 12-8pm, allowing for ample buffer time.

Because they were so late, the reserved parking had expired once they arrived and that made the move much more difficult. While unloading and moving in the furniture, they damaged a desk, which we later discovered was actually broken earlier during disassembly. They also did not stay to assemble the furniture, instead told us to provide our own tools to two much younger movers who did not know what they were doing.

Since we did not have tools, we were told they would come back shortly and assemble only our bed. They arrived nearly an hour and a half later, and took two hours to assemble a very simple IKEA bed that came with directions, finally leaving around 1am. Due to a total lack of punctuality and professionalism, I would really stay away from this company.

The time was a major setback, and it only escalated from there. I also tipped each worker, five in total from the three I was told would be working the move, and I really regret this since they took very little care with our items and were very late.

We have used Born to Move for several moves. They are always professional and meticulous. They arrive on time and work at a great rate -careful with your possessions but do not waste a minute of your time. We had a few last minute changes on our last move and they accommodated us without a question. We have recommended Born To Move to many our friends and they have all become loyal clients. Highly Highly recommend!

Born 2 Move are exactly that! We had a move scheduled for the day after a long night of snow and they were right on schedule despite dealing with the weather. Once they arrived to the house, they were super efficient even taking difficult/heavy or otherwise cumbersome furniture up multiple flights of stairs. We do moves all over the county and I think this team is one of the best! Highly recommend this company!

Great beyond expectations. These guys are real pros and though it was a small move it was not easy given the 3 flight rickety, windy stair walk up at the move into end. They were undaunted and accomplished the move with no issues whatsoever. A special hats off to Lamar, the crew head, who was both a super professional and a great guy to talk with.
