SATISFIED! Even coming off a heat wave they were out in 2hrs and a new AC system was started one business day later! Techs were professional, friendly, trustworthy, clean and didn't blabber about stuff to waste my time like others that quoted prior. My time is valuable to me and I only write reviews when vendors go above and beyond or completely piss me off. After collecting quotes from several different HVAC companies I decided to go with The Bee for a new AC. I have a house with vaulted ceilings that presented some challenges and I was really impressed with their commitment to getting it right. After being happy with their service and commutation I hired them to install a new boiler system which is used for heat at my house and was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Adrian, who handles boilers, is top notch. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they they most expensive, but they were committed to doing the job right.

Our furnace/AC blower died in the middle of a 99 degree day. Danny came out and diagnosed (it was 17 years old and needed to be replaced) and had a new one up and running by the next afternoon! He was great to work with! Services:Repair HVAC, Install AC

We live in the mountains in a house that had ducts for heating but no AC. I reached out to The Bee on a Friday afternoon, and by the next Tuesday we had working AC. They responded to my online inquiry the same day Friday, and Howard was out on Saturday to assess and give us a quote. He went through several options for us and we had the final quotes emailed to us on his way out the door.

They were able to do the install Monday, and we got an electrician to do the final hook-up Tuesday (I think we got a little lucky with the timing, but it was pretty fantastic). Their quote was reasonable and everyone from their office crew to the installation team were great to work with, professional, and efficient. Being 8.5 months pregnant, it is amazing to be able to flip on the AC and not be sweating all night and not worry about our toddler being too hot. Would definitely recommend.

We ended up getting new air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago from The Bee. We appreciated that they were honest with us and told us we didn't have to replace right away. Appreciated no hard sell. It was affordable and work was done in a very timely manner. My old furnace had to be replaced this year after many years of small repairs. We had The Bee Heat & AC recommended to us from a coworker and are completely satisfied with our new furnace. Our technicians, Orlando and Zach did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and did a few additional things to ensure my old AC unit would run more efficiently and also ungraded some pipes to bring things up to code. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work done at a reasonable price!

I do not typically post reviews, but because The Bee Heat and AC did such an exceptional job in repairing my AC at a reasonable fee, I felt it important to let others know. My 5-year old Lennox AC has not worked optimally for 3 summers. Three other HVAC companies have tried to make it work right, but failed. They all blamed the company that did the initial installation, even though it worked fine the first two years.

The Bee technician took his time, analyzed the AC performance, evaluated the necessary AC specifications for my space, , executed a diagnostic and discovered the issue. He then provided a reasonable repair quote to which I agreed to, and he repaired it on the spot. Its worked perfectly since then.really, even better than when brand new because he tweaked some of the settings so it ran more efficiently and effectively.

After trying some of the more well known companies offering HVAC repair, paying a lot of money, and the AC still not working right, I'm now a forever fan of The Bee Heat and AC.

I don't really ever leave reviews. This company earned our business through a competitive bid process. We put them against 6 other local companies and they rose to the top. By happenstance, we got a fantastic deal on some top of the line equipment. We were shopping to replace our janky old evaporative cooler and 30 year old oversized furnace.

We upgraded to full central air and a modern furnace. Howard came out and gave us a quote, measured up the job, and was honest and straight forward (never attempted to oversell, and in fact, sold us on proper equipment that wasn't top of the line efficiency since we'd likely never recover the cost). Russell and Obed came out and busted their behinds and were super professional and diligent. Cleaned up the job site and even threw in a few add ons when they found an issue (for instance, hole in exhaust on water heater). I'd recommend anyone who is looking for HVAC work to at least have them come out to bid. Outstanding work, competitive prices, and excellent work force.

David the tech was awesome, he showed me what was wrong with the furnace (it wasn't the thermostat), fixed it and installed a new thermostat (because although the old one wasn't the issue, it was pretty rubbish) and explained to me how to do it if i ever want to change it for a smart thermostat. The price was fair, the service was impeccable. These guys are the best!

Thier customer service was unbelievable. They worked over Christmas weekend to keep my property from freezing. They did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. So good, in fact, that I hired them for a second job.

I just wanted to commend the terrific job this Company did! I had 3 Companies come out here and NO ONE resolved my problem. The Man who came out here was able to figure out that it was a simple clogged pipe that was freezing up my system! Went 2 summers without AC because of this stupid mistake! This Company is terrific! Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.
