Our shower pipe started leaking in an unusual way. He came the very next day and did a great job repairing of leakage in pipe quickly.

My dad had to have all of his piping replaced before listing his house. We thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but we found Urban Piping and were very happy with the estimate. He did not over charge anything, no hidden fees, and the quality of work and time put in is well worth it. We had our poly-b pipes pre-emptively replaced and when they were describing the process of how they were going to remove the pipes, you can't help but feel worried about what your house would look like after, but if I hadn't of dropped in part way through I never would have known they were there. The house looked the same as it did when we left, the team really cared about doing the job properly and getting all the details right. It's how business should be run, on time, on budget, doing what they say they are going to do (and even going the extra mile when they didn't have to).

These guys were exceptional. Had a hot water tank leak Friday in the middle of the night. They were there right away with a tank replacement. Jordan was professional, clean and quick. The owner Graham was incredible and walked me through the whole process. Could not be happier. Will recommend over and over again.

Graham responded promptly late Friday to my plea for help for a new water heater and provided a a very reasonable quote and confirmation to replace it the very next business day (Monday)! Monday saw Jordan arrive just as promptly at the appointed time. He was courteous, efficient and performed a very clean replacement installation of the new one. Very happy!

We have called Urban Piping on two occasions for our rental property. The first time we had a leaky water tank which they quickly diagnosed and replaced. Their price was very reasonable and their service was prompt. The second time we had water coming into the basement. I called them and they came over the next day. They were able to run their equipment to clear debris out of the pipes going to the street and the problem was solved.

It took about an hour, the temperatures were -13C so I was worried that a pipe had burst. They let me know how much they were going to charge so there were no surprises. We were very happy with the service and price. Thanks Jordan!

Urban Piping did an outstanding job replacing the poly-b throughout our house, replacing toilets and flushing drain lines. We were impressed with the customer service, prompt response time and attention to detail through the estimate process. Going through the findings, I learned a lot about the house because Graham took the time to show and explain things to me, even well outside the scope of work.

These guys do the entire job, including the refinishing work to walls, ceilings, etc so my job was easier, I didn't have to research and hire separate contractors for anything! I have had Graham and his crew do several jobs for me now. They replaced our hot water tanks and repaired the gas line to the tanks. Then I had them replumb the whole house to replace the poly b pipes. Just recently I had them reno a bathroom. In every case the price was competitive, the work was high quality, the customer service was amazing, and they always fixed other plumbing issues they saw at no additional cost. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Graham and his team were fantastic! His calm demeanor coupled with his excellent service made our Poly-B replacement as stress-free as possible. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. He reorganized our shut-off valves to make them more accessible, brought the plumbing up to the current code, totally protected our home and furnishings, and left the home in almost spotless condition. Having the big air scrubbers constantly on to remove the dust, the plastic walls cordoning off areas and the great clean-up crew made coming back home a great experience. On time and on budget too! What water tank replacement
My hot water stop working so I called urban piping ltd and Graham answered the phone was and was very professional he tried to trouble shoot it over the phone and when he couldn't help over the phone he came the next day early morning looked at it told me his thoughts on the hot water tank and that it had to be replaced so with in a hour he had a new tank at my house and in one more hour he had it installed and working so for that I'm grateful to Graham Drew at urban piping and will be calling them again when something else quits and I will recommend them to my friends and family so once again thank You Graham Drew great work!!

We contacted Urban Piping to complete a poly-b remediation in our home. Graham was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before the work began.
We really appreciated Urban Piping going above and beyond including using an air scrubber during the project to keep the house clean. They made every effort to give suggestions throughout the project and worked very hard to get the work done in a tight timeline.
Graham personally came back to our house when the project was complete to discuss the invoice and any final questions or problems we might have had. You don't normally get this kind of service from other contractors and it definitely put us at ease.
