Great communication from the appliance guys leading up to our installation. Turned up within the time frame they advised which was fantastic. No messing about. Got in, did the job and gave very clear instructions on how to use our new stove. Even removed old stove and took it away which was fantastic and one less thing to worry about. Would highly recommend Appliance guys and use again if needed in the future.

The price was the best at the time in Sydney Customer service was excellent Sent a team to measure before purchase. Sent options for various ovens to choose from Went with the one I chose, originally Installation, for what needed to be done, probably slightly expensive but I would highly recommend the Appliance Guys

Bernard was clearly very experienced and competent. He diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher efficiently. He also solved a problem with our oven with the same competence and professionalism. I was contacted by the team for dishwash replacement. My whole experience has been very straightforward, simple and quick. The installation guys were on time and finished the task on time. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned and vaccumed places to ensure no rubbish is left behind after installation. Very happy with the service

I was so impressed with the service. Justin was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions which meant I could trust his recommendations with confidence. The booking process was easy and quick. Lastly, I booked this job for my elderly father in law who tells me the young men (unfortunately he didn't get their names) that installed his cooktop were amazing.
Left everything spotless, showed him how to use his new appliance with kindness and patience. One of these fine young men even took his bin in for him. I am beyond grateful for the kindness and respect they showed. I hope this reaches their boss as they should be commended for their work. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!

They were friendly and professional. They really know what they're doing as they installed the dishwasher so quick. I was gonna ask them if we could do a quick test but they already made sure it's working properly with no leaks before they called me over. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience dealing with them.

I had the pleasure of having stove doctor attend to my property. I booked the appointment on Monday and had someone out this morning. The gentleman arrived at my door bright and early. He explained what had happened to the appliance. He put in 2 brand new elements and was on his way. Thanks to stove doctor for sorting it. Would highly reccomend both as a property manager and customer.
