Access Garage Doors of NoCo

I've had Access install two garage doors and two garage door openers. Service has always been flawless and quick. I highly recommend them.

We bought our garage door at Access and had them do the periodic maintenance today. The tech was very nice and professional. I would encourage everyone to do an annual maintenance with them and buy from them whenever you need a new door.

Josh arrived promptly and was very thorough and professional. It seemed the overhead track was out of square and uneven. He took time to adjust it so the rollers glide smoothly. Finished with lubricating moving parts and spring. Highly recommend

The men where able to come to my house earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. Of course they called first. They quickly assessed the problem and devised a solution. It turns out the springs on my 3 doors were not installed properly in 2005 by another Hsv company which was causing premature failure of some of the components. They corrected the problem and for the first time since 2005 the doors are quiet and roll up and down properly.

It irritates me that a trusted company did not take the time to install three small blocks of 2x6's (probably $2 in 2006) that ended up costing over $400 to fix. I will definitely use Access in the future.

Wow! We are so impressed with the service we received from Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga; from the rapid response to my request for a quote to completed installation. Conner arrived within 4hrs of my phone inquiry to answer my questions, measure, explain & provide options for my garage door replacement, which included our need for the "kitty door".

His affordable quote was a plus along with the fact that our door choice was in stock! Two business days later, Zack and his crew arrived to add the curb appeal our home needed. Their experience really showed. They quickly and safely transformed our 57yr old metal (kick-out) door (which we discarded ourselves to reduce our labor w/Access) - to a beautiful, "insulated" rolling panel carriage style door with all the bells and whistles, in lightning fast time, (about 3 hrs).

We could tell by watching his process, that Zack is a detail freak, which we liked, and his crew jumped right in; it was like watching a dance. Our garage has never had a better seal around the door to keep out cool air and rain. And the kitty door looks great, too! We could not be happier! We give 5 Stars to Access Doors!

Access is the best. They initially installed very nice system and then have taken care of it well. They always come right out if needed. Yesterday the puppy chewed the wires of the sensor. Today I called them and they came right out this afternoon. And such nice gentlemen who work for them too. Highly recommend.

I had to have the top panel on both garage doors replaced. Access ordered the panels and installed them when they came in. The design of the original doors didn't have adequate bracing and the replacement panels are the same. Access added reinforcement pieces to the tops of the doors to prevent the new panels from bending. I recommend Access Garage Door and would use them again.
