Our roof is tile & we've been having issues with it. We called an adjuster and he recommended Marlin Construction Group! They came in and repaired the entire roof, I haven't had a leak in over 2 years!

The quality of Marlin Construction Group really astonished me. They were prompt, courteous, and effective. The skylight and new roof look fantastic. From the initial meeting until the installation, they provided all the information I needed and were supportive.

This company was very professional, did the job without any issues, price was right and I'm pretty sure when it comes to anything roof related they will be my go to company from now on.they are very professional and took all the stress right of my shoulders! Excellent workers!

Kris and his crews managed to replace our home's entire roof in one day. The crew members were very respectful and cared about the condition of my lawn and driveway. He is super responsive, caring, and easy to approach on questions. We got the roof tiles we wanted and were fortunate to get this new roofing on before the winter rains hit. We got a beautiful new roof installed with Marlin Construction and we are thrilled with the quality, professionalism, and follow through at every step along the way. Very happy to have went with this company to replace my roof. I had a visible hole and Denise came out the next day to inspect and give me a quote. Gave me a great price and also completed the job before the next rain storm came through. She shared photos of the old and new. Marlin Construction was recommended by my GC and though I had not heard of them and they had some negative reviews on Google, after meeting with Denise I decided to trust my instincts and hired them. I needed a "cricket" in the middle valley where we had leaks recently. They arrived when scheduled with a large crew, obtained and posted the permit and got to work, removing the roof before the end of the day and disposing of all material.

The next day they replaced some damaged plywood and built the cricket. After inspection, they installed the shingles and a final cleanup. My neighbors praised their hard work and I appreciated their professionalism, timeliness and workmanship. I inspected the roof (see picture) and couldn't have been happier. They did everything I asked and did so with an extremely competitive price. I would highly recommend Marlin to anyone looking for a new roof! PS - we are on Sanibel just 2 months after hurricane Ian

If I were to be asked how I felt about Marlin Construction, I would have to convey that Kris is straightforward, dependable, sympathetic towards his clients concerns, and timely. Traits of which are difficult to find these days. As far as the roofers, they were meticulous, and the job was done with personal interest, care and concern.

Kris came out to do the inspection and was very helpful, explained everything to me and provided several pictures of the roof damage. Walked me through the roof installation process. Kris and the crew did a wonderful job. easy process with no issues. Would definitely recommend!

This company was referred to me by a friend. They responded quickly to provide an estimate. They were on time and completed the work in one day as promised. I received another estimate and the estimate provided by Kris was by far more reasonable! Before and after pics were provided. Very professional and positive experience!

Kris and his crew of roofers did a wonderful job on replacing the shingles on our home and garage. They covered our landscaping with wood and tarps to protect it during the removal of old shingles. All debri taken out away by crew, the even spnt extra time looking around to make sure no nail was left behind. Aside from the nice new roof, you would never have known they were there.

Marlin did an amazing job. They worked with us to make sure everything was in order with permitting and then got started. Within one week we had 3 roofs removed from our home and new roof installed. Marlin was extremely professional from prep, installation and clean up. We could not have asked for more. Thanks again for the great service!

Horrible customer service skills! That being said, their work crews were great! The old roof was removed and water sealed before a major storm hit on the first night. On day two the city inspector did his inspection. Thirty minutes later the shingles were delivered and stacked on the roof. Seven thirty AM on day three a crew of seven guys showed up and installed our new roof by 2:00 PM. The product it great. The work crews did an excellent job but their customer service needs major improvement! Thanks for your involvement Russ.

Marlin settled my insurance claim in 1 month, and replaced my roof in 3 days. The only thing I paid was my $1,000 deductible, and $170 for 2 sheets of plywood. Yes I had to pay for my plywood because insurance didn't cover it. But come on, I only paid $1,170 for a $24,000 roof! Who would complain about that?!

Excellent customer service and expertise. Marlin Constructions was extremely professional and gave us an estimate on our roof repair right away. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and did so with high standards and professionalism. I would definitely call Marlin Constructions the next time we have any roofing needs as well as recommend them highly to others.

I cannot believe all the negative reviews about this roofing company. I've had several roofs replaced over my lifetime and this is the only company that I didn't have to call back to fix something that should have been done when putting on my roof. I always personally inspect work done as I have a working knowledge of construction. They came out with six employees, tore off the old roof and had the bad plywood replaced and the water barrier on in one day.

After passing the first inspection they then came out with nine roofers and had my roof done in one day. This was all done in one week! I asked the city inspector how it looked and he said "this company knows what they are doing, they complete around four roofs a day". I had a roof done after Irma by a different roofing company and had them come out twice to fix what they had done wrong. This is the absolute best roofing company in this area, hands down.

Marlin Construction exceeded all of our expectations. Communication was excellent & although another roofing company could not prove to our insurance company that our roof was damaged, Kris Bollinger got it covered with his persistence and knowledge. Kris was our first contact & he followed our job through until the end. Marlin met every deadline & finished the job efficiently & professionally. Such a great company to work with. I have already recommended Marlin to someone & they too had a great experience getting their roof replaced by them.

Extremely pleased with the job Marlin Construction did on our roof. There were no hidden costs on the finished product. They were quick, clean and neat. The job was finished in a week. That to me was amazing because other roofs put on houses in our neighborhood took weeks. Tyler promised that would be so and it was.
