Great customer service. We set an appointment up through Facebook they showed up on a Monday for a free inspection and established that our drain field had to be redone. On Thursday they were here to redo our drain field and by Thursday afternoon we were all fixed and ready to go. They were very reasonable on the price and the service was fast and great! Definitely recommend them for any of your septic needs!

Scheduled a job with Josh for a encasement pour on a 150' plus sewer line. Josh was on the ball with everything from the engineers to being on site the day of the job and making sure there was nothing we needed from his crew. I had all of my drains in the house start to back up I called Lakeland septic and they were able to come to my home the same day! Josh explained what was causing the issues and even Showed me a video of the problem. They quickly drained my septic tank and I no longer have any issues. These guys are the best! Scott was wonderful to work with on our new septic system. He stayed in contact thru the long permit process, helped us get it completed as quickly as possible, and was on the job site immediately after getting the permit. I called after hrs and still got ahold of someone or install 2 risers on my septic since I had 100 lbs lids and was a pain to remove each time to clean the filter. They came out when they said. Didnt take long at all and also clean my filter for me. For the price I couldn't complain. There was no upsetting to this company. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't ask for better service.

Josh promptly answered at my request for a "Drain field replacement" estimate. After I reviewed other estimates, I went with his company. He explained the work that he was about to complete, the warranty that he offered, and the actual timeline for the work to be performed. I knew that the tank was going to fill up while the permits were being processed. a few days later I let him know that we needed the service, he responded right away, told me that he was gonna take care of it, and showed up at home on time to vacuum said tank.
Next day or so the permits were released, then he scheduled the actual field work for a few days ahead (because it was almost weekend) then He showed up again on time early in the morning, and worked flawlessly in my yard. System is working properly, the job was performed in a fashion manner, Josh was courteous, knowledgable and profesional at all times. I recommend his work. He will beat the other guys.
