Walter scheduled my appt quickly, and was on top of things. The two gentlemen that came to help move were overall great. Hard working and positive. Only negative feedback I have that kept me from rating 5 stars is some minor damage was done to the wall during the move and it's something that can be easily fixed but unfortunately the movers didn't mention it to me. Otherwise, I do recommend Phoenix Moving and will probably request their help again some day.

I hired Phoenix moving company to help me move to a new home and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. They were extremely professional and efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. They arrived on time, wrapped all of my furniture and boxes carefully and quickly, and moved everything with ease.

They even provided me with packing materials to help in the process. They were friendly and accommodating throughout the entire move, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this moving company for anyone looking for a stress-free move.

The office that I was working in had to be moved and we contacted Phoenix moving company. I should emphasize the manager was very polite, patient and was ready to answer all of my questions. The guys were packed safely and thoroughly. All boxes were labelled, therefore it helped me to manage unpacking pretty fast. Phoenix Moving was incredible for a two bedroom apartment to a house. Guys were prompt. Extremely cautious with every item. Wrapped every big item and not a single scratch on anything. The guys were so polite and focused. I will absolutely refer them to anyone moving. Great experience.

We had to switch from self-move to hiring movers with a week's notice on one of the busiest moving days in Boston (8/31). Phoenix ended up having availability to work us into their schedule and were very responsive when scheduling and leading up to the move, and did a very professional and efficient job on moving day, thoroughly wrapping furniture pieces that needed it and worked quickly. Thanks to Walter and the team for helping us with a successful move! I'll be calling them again next time moving day comes around.
