Chris #28. Where do I start? The most thorough articulate person I have ever met. He spent three hours on my pipes and walked me through everything. He was efficient and hard working. I have been around the block and have own many homes. I have never encountered such an amazing patient person. He knew I was stressed and and through his amazing knowledge " walked me off the cliff". He was extremely fair in price and just a great human being. I am a lucky person. I would highly recommend him!

Levi and Steven arrived on time to my home to do a complete re-pipe and install a toilet. They worked non-stop into the evening to get the job done. They kept me informed of what they were doing, were pleasant, neat, courteous and patient with all my questions.and patient with my cat that kept getting into the crawl space! One Call has been to our house twice in past weeks for separate issues. All the work was perfectly done and areas left spotless. Tech Levi took time to explain what he was doing and gave some tips on items not even the reason for his visit. He told me two items I could do myself after getting the parts. A plumber that exuded honesty. Easy to schedule non-emergent issues.

From my initial service call their customer service was awesome. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked best for me & my mom, the techs arrived as scheduled. Kevin (#007) & Ethan (#26) are truly an asset to the company! They were very friendly, polite & very professional! They explained our options & took care of the repair in a timely manner and the pricing was very reasonable! We will definitely give this business a call for future plumbing service!

Recently having purchased a house, I needed septic system inspection work performed. O found One Call Plumbing on the internet and noted they provided services that I required. The technician was timely, explained in detail the proposed work, and understood my objective. One call performed the work to my satisfaction, and I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had these folks out about three years ago for a hot water heater replacement and was taken aback at the cost; that said, my old unit wasn't up to code, so I can understand the additional expenses. With all the neighborhoods being built in my area (southwest Spartanburg/Moore), my water pressure was through the roof, so not only did I need a new pressure regulator valve, but I also had a leaking water supply for one of my toilets, and I needed a new outdoor spigot.

I can do about 90% of my repairs, but soldering and/or ProPress fittings are beyond my area of expertise/tooling. When Tore King (hope I spelled it correctly) came out, he not only kept me under my $500 budget, but he also moved the PRV inside the garage for easy-access and completed the work in less than three hours. Just watching him work, I could tell he was an "old salt" and knew his profession/trade SO well. Top-notch work. I am so satisfied with these folks, and I will continue to use them.

Spencer Walker is as good as they come. His professionalism and pride in his work is something rarely seen these days. he was attentive and patient in his explanations of the services he provided. We needed our septic tank drained, which was done efficiently and quickly. He was thorough in checking all of our pipes and clogs to ensure they were clear before finishing his work.

He is a man who deserves recognition for the work he does. We will only call One Call Plumbing for all of our septic and plumbing needs in the future. You should do the same.

These guys are amazing! We had an issue with hot water from our tankless water heater one day last week in the evening. We called and a technician was here 10 minutes later! He fixed the problem, took pictures and explained what had happened and we were back in business 30 minutes later Service:Water heater repair

Called in the morning about replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, they sent Corey out that afternoon. He was professional and had the new faucet installed within an hour. The old faucet had rusted in place and he had to use an angle grinder to get it out. They have done a few things for us, including a new septic system. They are always on time, clean, professional and they have reasonable rates. No, it's not cheap, but everything has been done right and I would rather pay more one time than have to pay multiple times to fix something more than once.

If you need a professional plumber please call this company. They are great and know what they are doing. They came to Edible Arrangements in Spartanburg the same day I called. There prices seem a bit high but it is possibly that I could be underestimating how much plumbing services cost. What I can say for sure is that they do good work, they're kind and most importantly, they'll be there when they say they'll be there. I would consider using them again. Service:Faucet repair

I would use them again the guys arrived on time and worked VERY hard and patiently. They were very respectful, knowledge and willing to keep me informed every step of the way. It got pricey quick but to no fault of their own it was beyond their control. If you need fast friendly service One Call Plumbing is the one to call.

I just had a water heater installed in my loft apartment. It was quite a challenge seeing the water heater was up in the attic. There weren't any pull down stairs only accessible by a ladder. It was a forty gallon heater. Spencer and crew took out the old and put in the new the day he inspected the old heater. The inspector came a couple of days later and he even remarked what a good job they had done. I always recommend One Call Plumbing. Thank you Preston and especially Spencer and the guys. Great job. Called after 5 on Tuesday scheduled to come out by 9 the next morning and by 11 had my septic line from the house to the tank replaced and septic lid repaired. Great guys, super nice, very professional.

We had four issues at our house that needed repair. Nick came out, on time I might add, and stayed until everything was finished. Checked on other issues also. This is my best experience with a plumber after using many over the many years of homeownership.

The best plumbers in the upstate by far. The team at One Call Plumbing helped me fix my plumbing issue in no time and kept good communication the whole time. They were fair, on time, and did a great job.

After being told by another plumbing company that they were going to charge $600 to simply replace my water pressure reducing valve; I went with One Call instead. Nick Jennings (ID #35) came out the next day and repaired it for only $260. He was on time (early actually), friendly, quick, and got the job done right. Three weeks later and our water pressure still works perfectly. We will definitely call them first for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!

Don't use anyone else for your plumbing needs. OneCall Plumbing fixed my busted pipe in my front yard and came as promised on a Saturday afternoon and got the job done. Chuck and Kevin are awesome! They are honest and located my septic tank at no cost.

Very positive first experience with this company. I had a water line bust in my guest bath. Chad was the one the 911 dispatcher contacted. He was extremely professional, and was concerned not only with correctly fixing my issue (which, thankfully, was a minor repair) but also with how I was doing with all the stress. I would definitely consider using this company again, for any future needs.

Nick came out to our home on a Saturday and helped us fix a leak in our laundry room. Afterwards he found another water leak AND a very small gas leak and fixed both within a few hours. He was VERY thorough and friendly. Very reasonably priced as well for their work. Recommend using them for your plumbing issues!

This place was amazing. From Michelle in the office to Nick, the plumber. Michelle was personable and made sure I saw someone the same day I called. Nick, who came to my house, was very professional and showed up at the time I expected. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions with patience and without any irritation. (I ask a lot of questions.) He was also very considerate of my home, cleaning up as he went. I am thrilled with the work and will recommend him and One Call to anyone who needs a plumber.

If your looking for a plumbing company that knows what they are doing then this is the only plumber to use! They where here when promised and prices where more then fair. Had Kevin and Steven as my plumbers and they are great.

As an out of state landlord im easy prey to be taken advantage of, especially when, like me you really care about your property and tenants. On a saturday morning after having received bad news of drainage issues at my home in Spartanburg with an estimated repair cost of $9,000 I called One Call Plumbing for a second opinion; and I'm glad I did! The professional service man listened to my issues and was willing to work with my property manager to schedule a visit.

Finding out that my property manager was closed on saturday he took it upon himself to introduce himself to my tenant with professionalism and courtesy. My tenant couldn't be any more happy to see this man on a saturday eager to help. Shortly after lunch that day I was viewing online video of my drainage system and was offered and effective and immediate solution.

After having provided a price that totaled less than 1/10th of the original plumbers estimate I approved the work and by dinner time I was online looking at the video of my drainage system as fully functional and of no further inconvenience to my tenant. Upon completion of the work I was offered proposals to maintain and possibly even upgrade the system without invasive excavation.

I was furnished with a copy of the note left for my tenant notifying them of the status, pictures of the site and of the tenants gate closed and re locked. I fell sorry for anyone who calls anyone else. These guys are top notch!

This company was amazing and did an awesome job. They got here after having a long night at a different location and finished faster than I had thought they would. They went above and beyond on everything. I had to have my entire sewer line replaced (due to a poor job originally by the people remodeling the house). They gave me a quote that was far below the others and very reasonable for the work they did.

My wife and I were so relieved to have such a good company out here who wasn't going to charge us an insane amount right after we had moved in. They also walked us through each thing they did to make sure it was good, had shown us the issues that were present, AND even gave us tips for the future. One Call Plumbing is professional, affordable, and has made me a customer for life.
