I liked that it was not a large chain and they didn't charge much for the work. They told me the chemical they sprayed would only last for 6 months, so I will definitely call them back after that.

Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with a job well done, as well as a quick response to a problem, carpenter ants.

My kids were out playing in the yard and we noticed a large active wasp nest on the deck. Also bee's coming out of the ground on the opposite side of the house. Mike is professional, reliable, thorough and ready to help whenever there's a problem, he is a great when comes to listen what we need in our home. He solved our flies problem and we haven't seen any in our house since we started treatments. Carnegie exterminator are also very accommodating when setting up appointments. Not only did a real person answer the phone, they were at my house within 30 minutes to inspect what turned out to be a termite problem. They did not have the materials to address the problem immediately, but returned the next day right on time. John and Mike were friendly and fully explained what needed to be done. They performed the job as as promised for what I thought was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this local company to anyone who asks.

Late review but i just need to say thanks! I called very distraught and concerned and he initially offered to come the next day but i think he could tell i was very stressed so he came a few hours later. It was very quick, simple, and thoroughly explained. Still don't know where those roaches came from but they've been gone for weeks and some thorough cleaning came out of the experience. We had pharaoh ants in our kitchen at work. I called Carnegie Exterminators and they returned my call within an hour and was out the very next day! They made an application with the gel, and showed us what to do. and explained the behavior of these type of ants. Had a nest of yellow jackets in a very awkward place. I called and John was here within 3 hours! He was pleasant, personable and very helpful. I would not hesitate to call Carnegie Exterminators again! I always feel so blessed when I find a business owner who truly cares about what they are doing, and that is John. I've used Carnegie Pest control for 20 yrs or more for small mice. We have animals and John was very patient when explaining that the chemicals he uses are Pet Friendly. We never had a problem with mice for yrs. Im calling them today. Ok. I did call.a women answered and was very friendly and informative. I dont know why these cry baby's complain about everything.

Jon's company did are home inspection without issue. And we have had them come out to take care of a bee problem we had in the summer. In both occasions we were more than satisfied with his work and professionalism. He has since got rid of ants at my mothers home and did a bee issue at my aunts home. I would recommend him to anyone.
