Due to the cold weather our pressure vacuum breaker leaked and the yard was flooded. We called around and Doug was first to respond. Daniel came on the same day and replaced the old pressure vacuum breaker with RPZ, which is a newer system. He is super friendly, professional and helpful.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Doug and Daniel. I was away with the family on vacation when my back flow valve froze and broke. Being 1000 miles away, you feel helpless when your water is running, your pool is not filling. Ah! What a mess. Within an hour of asking for assistance from Doug, Daniel was there, diagnosed my problem, coordinated repairs and made arrangements to return the next day to make me whole. Daniel not only repaired my problem within a short amount of time, he got me up to code, winterized my system and provided me with a "how-to" video.

This company is top-notch, and I'll be using them for my future projects, in addition to repairs. You simply cannot put a price on quality customer service and peace of mind. Thank you!

Doug and the team are awesome. Doug is an experienced business person and talented landscaper. We needed a major renovation of the backyard after a pool company destroyed our property. Doug provided guidance and recommendations for both products and services that helped make the entire project better. He is skillful, knowledgeable, good communicator when there were issues and delays based on weather or other life circumstances.

He products and services are reasonable and you quality with both. He did a great job and even as they completed and left the job site he and the team cleaned up the area which was a pleasant and welcome surprise based on the previous workers. I doubt you will find lawn care better than Doug. He always responds when I contact him and he is always on time and tidy. Last spring I had a weed problem and his magic had my yard looking great for summer. Towards the end of the summer Doug gave my sprinkler system a tune up by adjusting some heads and replacing a few others. Doug takes pride in his work and it shows in my yard.

Holy smokes! I am so glad I found Doug, he saved my back. I had planted some bamboo in a large container but it escaped through the bottom. I know bamboo but it out smarted me this time. When I removed the bulk of it I was left trying to dig out the rhizomes, after days with a pick-ax, saw and shovels I called in the big guns! Doug came by with his machine and cleared it out for me:. Leveled out some other areas of my yard too.

I started using Douglas Landscapes last year. My yard was a mess. Doug was so helpful in making recommendations for my yard to make it look thick and green. He put in some beautiful beds and helped with drainage issues that were causing problems. Now that we are in the Spring this year, WOW, what a difference. With all the rain, the fix for the drainage issues worked like a charm.

My yard is thick and beautiful already and the beds are awesome. My neighbors are jealous. He continues to help my with my yard each week. I am also looking to add trees and he went over some great options. I am coming up with other ideas to make my yard the best and will always use Doug for the quality of work and for how nice and easy to work with.

I hired Doug last Spring to trim jasmine and boxwoods when none of the other landscapers in the area would do it - he did a terrific job at a reasonable price. He couldn't come this Spring so I did it myself using a technique that Doug does with a string trimmer. This Fall I got him out again and had him do both front and back ground cover and bush trimming. Again, a terrific job and friendly guy. I will use him from now on.

I can't say enough positive things about Doug. Prompt, polite, reasonable, and quality are a few words that come to mind. I called Doug on a Tuesday with a last minute landscaping need with a Thursday afternoon deadline. Not only did he get the job done, he went above and beyond with his service and mulched a couple trees as well.
