This is my second time using Monster Plumbing services. This was after a not so nice experience with another plumber. As before, he showed up on time, evaluated my situation. He always explains to me what needs to be done and why, and the cost of the work up front---no shuckin' and jivin'. Once again, he told me what needed to be done, went ahead and did it quite well, and got on off the scene. I will keep his number---just in case I need him again. You need someone you can trust!
