Jim was responsive throughout the entire process. Luis, Blanca and Ana were diligent in their work and pleasant the entire time. This was not a historic restoration project (although I wish it was) but they didn't take shortcuts. They accommodated our requests, were attentive and put themselves in peril to reach parts of the house. They were willing to install missing trim work that I could not easily reach.
The only thing I would have changed is to request for the primer to be tinted differently than the paint; I know this is a common practice but it is one I don't prefer. Overall we're pleased. Give them a call. Peace, m

Fagan painting's work is really professional and high quality! We had our entire exterior house painted this past summer and it looks amazing last month we called them back to painting our interior house and it looks stunning! They fixed some of walls and ceilings from water damaged. Really easy to work with, we just send the colors and they manage to get them right, when job was done Jim the owner called to make sure we were happy, that was very nice from this company! Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the exterior paint job performed by the Fagan Painting crew. Jim Fagan was responsive and helpful when doing the estimate for the job. He also worked with us to get the job done before cold weather hit and in a timely manner on account of other exterior renovations coming up for us. Frank was the head of the crew doing the painting and was easy to work with, friendly, and skilled.
He and his crew showed up on time everyday and worked all day. They finished in a timely manner without sacrificing quality, and kept the space clean and uncluttered. I would whole heartedly recommend Fagan Painting, as well as Frank's crew. Thank you, guys!

Huge props to Jim Fagan himself for taking pride in his company and work. He refused to leave us anything but perfectly happy. The first crew he sent out knew what they were doing for cleaning wood siding and staining, but made an abysmal mess of the window caulking and all possible finish details. It was a LONG list that I won't get into. When I called with concern, there was zero hesitation that he would schedule another crew to fix it and make it right.
The second crew took longer to clean up than the first crew did making the mess, but they did it with a smile and never questioned any concerns I had. They fixed 100% of my concerns, and fixed them as best as possible. It's kind of rare these days to find someone who is that detailed and cares enough to admit fault and fix it. 5-star, 10/10, will use them again.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my house! The customer service was amazing, Brittney was wonderful to work with and go over everything with me.
