We begin the septic installation process by assessing the property and determining the proper layout for each component. Most septic systems include a tank, which is a concrete box buried beneath the ground that houses the liquid and solid waste, as well as a drain field connected to the tank. The drain field is a series of perforated pipes, allowing treated liquid waste to re-enter the soil. Some septic systems also need additional components, such as a lift station to move the waste when the property layout doesn’t allow for a gravity-based system, or a grease trap to prevent fats and oils from clogging the system.

Septic tank and new drain field installed. Keep in mind this is a very large scale construction job, requiring heavy duty machines and a lot of dump trucks for septic tank sand! It took weeks to complete with Inspectors having to approve certain stages of the build out. There will be a very large mound (drain field) erected when the job is completed.
I saved about $1400 buying my own underground wire at Home Depot and using a private electrician to install the new 20 amp breaker, this also includes yet another vendor to bury the underground wire leading to the lift station from the breaker box. Finally, their lending company GreenSky approved the cost of the project via-internet within 10-minutes. GreenSky has a great deal with 0% interest for 12 months.so get it paid off by then or risk a 24.99% interest upon the full loan amount. :)

Tampa Bay Septic is amazing! They were by far the most affordable. I couldn't believe how fast they came out and got everything taken care of. The communication and explanations were clear and simple. I reached out to several other companies for quotes but it took days to just get a response, followed by outrageous quotes. Owner came out today as we had had a previous issue inside and we under he impression septic had not been serviced in quite some time. Once septic was located, we were informed it was fine and did not need service. Honesty! He did not charge us nor would he take any money for coming out! Very pleased and would definitely recommend!

From start to finish working with tampa bay Septic was a great experience. Kris came out to see why my septic was over flowing and he diagnosed it in just minutes! He was very knowledgeable! He explained everything that was wrong and fixed the problem right away! I now know how important the float switch to the lift station pump is! Haha
