I moved into a new apartment in Henderson, NV, around Thanksgiving of 2021. From my first day of being in the apartment I was getting headaches and not feeling well: was mentally foggy and not sleeping well. I notified Management and they offered a free duct cleaning which would be performed by the same company that cleans the carpets on the property. Well, after they finished "cleaning" the air ducts I noticed absolutely no difference in how I felt.
Shortly after some family members came out and stayed at Christmas and had the same symptoms. So, as an experiment, I stopped running the heater to see if that helped. And, eureka, it worked! So I did the rest of the winter with space heaters and felt fine. Well, we've already had some warm weather here in the valley and my apartment has been in the upper 80's inside so I knew I had to try something else regarding the ducts.
I did some research, read reviews, and came across Breathe Clean Air Duct Cleaning. Jason came out and spent about 3 hours using a camera to inspect the ducts and thoroughly cleaning all the ducts AND the heating unit with the fans and motors. He also noticed several gaps near the furnace filter and applied aluminum tape. He explained that what was happening was, because of the gaps, the system was pulling in air from the attic and circulating it around the apartment. Well, let me tell you, it's been 3 days since Breathe Right left and I've been running my air conditioning non-stop since they left. and I feel great!
No more headaches, no more health issues, just cold air blowing around my apartment. I really wasn't sure what I was going to do if this step didn't work, I was probably going to have to move because there's no way you can do a summer in the Vegas Valley without air conditioning. I give two thumbs up on customer service and quality of work. This company is legit. I would've paid twice as much if I would've known how effective the service was going to be for my health.

I contacted Breathe Clean after seeing their ad in the Improve Your House coupon book that I received in the mail. My dryer was in need of service and my vent needed cleaning, big time. The very friendly and helpful Sarah answered my call; recognized the concern in my voice and made an appointment for the very next morning. Jason and his assistant were prompt, friendly and professional.

Jason, the owner of the business actually came out and did all the work himself. He was professional & informative. He showed me the video of my ducts before & after the cleaning, so that I could see the difference. Afterwards, he even went into my attic to check out my HVAC system & do an assessment of its performance, which I didn't even realize was part of the service. Overall, very pleased with the service. Would definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable and good communication platform. Solved the problems we were having. Experts in this for Lake Havasu. I would have given 5 Stars but morning appointment was bumped to afternoon and the price quoted was higher in the invoice by about 50.00. But happy.
