Best place for and lock or key needs or problems. I've have lots of keys cut here without having the lock to try them in on site. I've never had one key that didn't work. Including my chipped ignition key for my truck. I highly recommend these experts for any of your locksmith needs.

I needed a replacement key made for my 2006 Lexus and they took good care of me. I was in and out in about ten minutes. I stopped by their store on Sweeten Creek Road (only a few minutes from Biltmore Village) and saved myself a ton of money while getting excellent service. Some other locksmiths are mobile only, so you pay a service call fee for them to come to you.

If you can go to A.L. Odom's retail location, there are no service call fees. Thus, my Lexus key was around $100 less than at a Lexus dealer, and almost exactly half the price I was quoted at another local locksmith with mobile service. And everyone there was extremely nice.

So glad I went here to get my fire extinguishers recertified. They were awesome! William treated me like a best friend the moment I met him outside the shop. Key and and associate immediately asked what they could do for me, got right-to-work certifying my extinguishers, then asked if I'd like my coffee mug topped off inside while they finished up.

One step further, I had a trailer hitch receiver Lock that needed to come off without a key and they sawed it off in a matter of moments at no charge! They aren't the closest locksmith to me but I will definitely go the extra distance to come back. And by the way, they are at the very end of the storage center and if you blink you could miss it. Word of advice, don't blink.

Great locksmith - We bought a safe and Gene was very helpful with finding the right location. While there he took care of our front door lock. Also we scheduled to have all locks keyed the same. Thank you!

We had a large gun safe and a very tight schedule for the sale of our house. I called Gene at A.L. Odom and told him it was going to be a difficult removal and an even more difficult re-install at our new house about 150 miles away. Gene came to the house and also looked at a video of the new house and said they could do it, and on short notice, they got it done.

Very professional and conscientious. I needed a key to an old Pontiac. It was hard to locate. But Odom's was able to order it and was very careful to make sure it worked. I appreciated his extra effort. I'll sure go back next time I need a good locksmith.

Needed to have a couple of replacement key fobs reprogrammed for my 2013 Chevy Silverado. Ace Hardware on Merrimon Avenue (where I usually get keys cut) recommended going to these guys since Ace wasn't able to program the newer fobs and I'm really glad they sent me here. I called and they were able to do the reprogramming right away. What they charged me was less than half of what the ACDelco and GM dealers were going to charge, and he did a second fob for a reduced fee. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Absolutely would go to these guys again - highly recommended!

I needed another key for my Toyota. I bought one on line and took it to Odom to see if they would cut it (Lowes would not). They cut it, but it didn't work very well, possibly because my old key is worn. So they cut one they had and gave me both-- for $3. I programmed them at home with instructions from the internet. Both keys need a bit of jiggling to work, but they work. So I have 2 spare keys for my car for a total investment of $20. Not bad! If I need any lock work I will go back to this company.

We have used A.L. Odom locksmith for years through my company whenever our technicians lock their keys in their work vehicles or when we need to change door locks for security reasons. They understand we operate a business and can generally get to us quickly and are a fair rate. They even returned money when one of their techs accidentally miscalculated the invoice - which I think speaks volumes about the company since we did not know we overpaid.

I cant say enough good things about these guys! The gentleman who took my call was so helpful and nice. Within not even 10 mins a man named Will showed up and jumped on it. He had my door popped open so quick! I never knew it could be done that fast! Will had such a positive attitude and didn't make me feel awkward and stupid for locking my keys in my car.

These guys are freaking awesome and get the job done quick and right! As long as i live here I won't use anyone else. I will deff be recommending them to all of my friends. I wish they handed out business cards though with the receipts so I could give them to out. Y'all rock!

First of all I want to say thank you for the outstanding work I locked my keys in my car. what a way to start off a day but I want to be the first to tell you how prompt they got there. And will is an outstanding locksmith he got into my car so fast. And I will be the first to tell you he is very handsome and he is a true gentleman he let me sit in his van so I wasn't cold. It was a true turn around in my day! If it didn't cost so much money I would lock my keys in my car more often

They are very good at key duplication. My car with keyless entry/start has a very strange key fob where the unusual key is stored. They were able to duplicate it.

These are the best locksmiths in town or if you need a safe or special key made. Very very knowledgeable and patient. I alwgo here to get keys made and they always work too.
