My day started with Brian from All Glass window contacting me via text to say he was on his way to my home and would be there at 9:10a. He actually arrived a few minutes earlier than that. He was very pleasant when he greeted me and was ready to work. He kindly placed up a covering to my window to preserve my heat (I so appreciated that). He had my window replaced in roughly 30-35 min and even put my screen back in for me.
He was totally Awesome sauce! Well actually every one I dealt with at All Glass, Brittany, Ted, and the other young lady whose name is escaping me at this moment, i'm so sorry :( If you are looking for a window replacement or and kind of window work, PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ALL GLASS. This is a great company to work with. They are reliable, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in their craft. They replaced quite a few glass window panes in my living room and did some repairs. Only glass repair business in HIckory NC that returned my telephone call promptly, or at all. Set definite appointment and kept it; called before they arrived; Jason and Jason came as a team. Very knowledgable. Replaced double pane window PRONTO, faster than promised. Saved me Hundreds of Dollars by demonstrating inaccurate findings of two "experts". Helpful, courteous, prompt, efficient. And they had a good sense of humor too.
