Great experience! I called their office around 1pm. An hour and half later the owner, Brian, was calling me back and walking me through the steps to get the garage door working again. Not only did he walk me through the steps via phone, but he called me on FaceTime to make sure I was doing it right! It doesn't get any better than that! We had Trevor here at our home today to look at our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to us, and gave us a quote. He was able to complete the work then and there, as he had the parts in his company truck. We highly recommend Access Garage Doors of Tallahassee. The price was reasonable, Trevor went out of his way to explain what was needed for the repair, and the work was done quickly and with great care.

Experience with this company was prompt, efficient, and we received a good product. They came to do the service within 3 days and the installation of our new motor took alittle over an hour. The technician was courteous while I was navigating teleworking from home. I hired them for the job after another company gave me the run around, so it was refreshingly professional.

Extremely pleased with the service! Our garage door broke early in the morning and Access was very responsive to us needing someone to check it out quickly. They were out the same day, and able to diagnose and repair the spring in the door within an hour of the technician arriving. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly!

Brian is awesome. Changed out 3 2010 chain driven openers for 3 belt driven and completely quieted my home. Very pleased with the service. I had a power outage shortly thereafter and he texted 3 minutes after I texted him with the solution to what I thought was an opener problem. As the owner, he showed up in the beginning, walked me through it and came back at the end to put up the last door himself and to do testing with me. Again I would highly recommend him.
