I have used Air on Time at my home in Walden. This call was for my ranch which is a little outside their coverage zone. They stepped up and found a service tech who was working within a reasonable drive to the property. As always showed up on time, fix the unit for a reasonable price. During an emergency of a collapsed ceiling due to a major unit failure, Air On Time came to the rescue! James and Daniel provided multiple options to solve the issues. I chose to upgrade! James the owner stopped by to give us a Quote for complete installation. He viewed the old unit and showed me everything that needed replaced. The entire time spent I was convinced I had the right owner because he was not a salesman he was Experienced. His installation crew did everything he told me they would do! This company is extremely responsive and transparent. James (the owner) came out to my house within the hour during state-wide blackouts and inclement weather whereas the "big-name" HVAC shop I called still hasn't returned my call 5 days later. James and Air On Time AC technicians explained everything they were doing to diagnose my old furnace. When they found the issue and gave me my options it was an easy choice to put in a new unit and they were able to come install it the next morning. I think James really cares about his customers and that's rare to find in any business. I'll be using this company again in the future.

Lance who works for Air On Time is absolutely amazing. So friendly, polite and did a perfect installation of a new AC at our place. This guy put everything back in the garage after he was done, hand delivered a free upright temporary AC the day before to make sure we were ok and waved goodbye once the job was done. Ask for Lance. This guy is a gem in Conroe.

Had to call on Saturday and James, the owner, came out and took care of the problem to get the old unit through the weekend. Scheduled the new unit installation for Monday. Air On Time sent someone out very quickly when I had some a/c problems. The technician, William, was there in no time, checked the system and found the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and went to work on the repair. The tech checked over his work and cleaned everything up before leaving. The cost was fair and I will call this company again when I need a/c work done. Very satisfied.

Shannon left our house after 2 hours of running through multiple tests, component changes, system recharges, and one leak stop w/teflon system induction. After a 20-minute wait time from initially calling Air On Time AC, a certified tech was on site and trouble shooting our system's inability to push cool air. Before now, we'd trusted a competitor who had just checked the system in March with no problems noted but they'd been in and out in about 30 minutes. Shannon actually did all the checks that were supposedly completed before and found a couple of long standing issues that should have shown up before hand on any competent evaluation. All in all, this one visit has restored our faith in customer service and has won customers whose loyalty doesn't come easily.
