I am first a husband, father, and grandfather. To me, God and family are the most important aspects of my life. Coming from the inner city and understanding the struggle of being a Latino man in the United States, I decided to further my education and pursue entrepreneurship to provide a better future for my ever-growing family, starting my first business at the young age of 17. I am currently the founder and owner of Restorative Pros Inc., established in 2011. I have been in the restoration industry for over 15 years and currently work alongside my wife to empower women to break both racial and gender barriers within the industry. When I first got the water leak problem Joel came to my home immediately. He was very efficient and explained everything that would happen in the process of cleanup.all the proper things were done and mold remediation was taken care of. When the day came Joel Rey, big Rey, Mark and Efrain came to my home and immediately got to work.removing my cabinets and drywall behind. treating my kitchen for mold and worked in a proficient manner.explaining everything to me. they worked here for 2 days preparing my kitchen for remodel.it passed mold inspection and is ready now for rebuild Thsnk you to all of you young men who made this process smooth for me.

We discovered our dishwasher had been leaking and mold was on the wall behind it when we got a new one installed. My wife found Restorative Pros thru Home Advisor, with excellent reviews. They came the same day we called and got to work right away. They assisted us with contacting our home insurance to get them paid and set up a dryer and airfilter to get started.
It took several days to get the removal done since air analysis was necessary before and after removal of the affected areas, but they got it done ASAP. We especially appreciate the great job done by Joel and Ray and all involved. I highly recommend them! Our air conditioning happened to go out several days but they never complained about the heat.

We had a pipe leak in the attic and it caused a decent amount of water damage. Restorative Pros was able to remove and clean up the damage and get everything dried out. We felt like Roberto was a new member of the family because he came by every day to check on the progress and make adjustments as needed. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call.

Amazing! spoke to owner first and described my problem, he sent a tech right away who performed treatment with photos and set up a three day air filter. Work was followed up by a supervisor who tested whole house for any further signs of damp or spores, found none but did extra treatment for good measure and made excellent recommendations for future prevention. Invoice and documentation is easy all online and they accept credit cards. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and highly recommended!

Carlos, Miguel, and others at Restorative Pro's came to the rescue for us when our home had water damage throughout. They were professional, honest, and courteous. All work was completed in a timely manner, too. We already paid them and they came back when we asked them. This was even after getting paid, to re-fog a bathroom, just in case (It had already been done, but there was so much moisture exposure due to another company's fault). They went the extra mile and that is appreciated.

These guys are real pros. They worked directly with the insurance company and got a quick approval to set up the equipment. They did a meticulous job. And when it took extra time for the equipment to clean the air, time which was not covered by insurance, they worked with me to keep the additional cost down.

Miguel Rivera was our techinician referred by a contractor dealing with our leaky hot water tank.
