This was probably the best customer service I have ever received. The professionals with Baker Softwash we're very prompt, responsive and very honest. I have some defective paint that started to oxidize within 3 years and they recommended a special treatment to help remove the oxidation and rejuvenate the paint that was not effective due to degree of oxidation and paint failure.
Because of this, they didn't charge me for the treatment since it wasn't effective anyway and I was very impressed with their communication and being upfront with what they were seeing and for not charging me for the treatment. My house and windows look so much better after their services and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We have used Baker Softwash on more than one occasion. I have promised to write a review, but I had life happen. I really wanted to share my experience with Baker Softwash because I rely on reviews when choosing local business's. I met the owner, who by the way is an amazing human. He arrived at my home when promised to give me a quote. He answered all questions, concerns while he was here and offered for me to call or email at anytime should I have anymore.
He called before arriving to my appointment to let me know he was on his way because I work from home and my dogs love to bark. When he arrived, he got busy to work. He did an amazing job cleaning our home. Not only was the quality amazing, he had some of the best pricing in Mooresville. He cares about the quality of his work and it shows. In addition, I was offered for him to do our driveway for a very low donation to a cancer foundation he believed in.
I couldn't pass this up at all. Cancer has hit our family more than once and the pricing was too low to be true. I know some of you are thinking, he probably kept the money. Wrong! I received an email right after his visit with a receipt and thank you for my donation from the foundation. This is selfless, especially in this day and age. Shawn the owner has also donated a lot of his time, cleaning neighborhood playgrounds, cleaning local high school football stands, and helping in other ways within his community.
He is genuine and he loves his town. I have recently learned he also does Christmas Lights. :. I know if you want a good job done by a good genuine person for a great price, you won't be sorry.

Baker came through in a pinch, after some significant paint spilled (already dried) in our garage. It was an ugly mess and i need a quick apnt before our garage could be filled with our moving boxes. They didn't only squeeze me in for an apnt in a pinch but their work was amazing. They got off 99.9% of the paint plus some other dirt/stains! Their pricing is fair and competitive also. Appreciate that Sean, the owner, took the time at the end to share some local spots too as he knew we were new.

The company made the appointment 10 days out and responded right on time! They were attentive to our property and did their best to return everything to its proper position. We had some moss on one section of the roof and they have rescheduled a 60 day follow up at no cost to make sure we are satisfied! Overall I would recommend.

Shawn Baker is extremely conscientious and professional. He came back to check on a job that was not up to his standards. He remedied the issue on a weekend ( during very cold weather). And also protected our vehicles from a potential hazard of falling slate roof tiles. They also removed algae, moss and stains from a delicate 80 year old slate roof. It looks new again and has greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. We are very happy and glad to have found Baker Soft Wash!

Baker Soft Wash did an amazing job cleaning the outside of my home. Unlike pressure washing, soft wash applies the nest cleaners while also sealing the area against future grim & mold. They workers were so nice, professional, timely, and pleasant. I will hire them again w/o question when my home needs to be cleaned outside. I'd give it more than five stars if I could!

Our realtor recommended Baker SoftWash for our 1916 home, which we are getting ready to put on the market. We were worried about power washing because it's a painted frame house.
