This company best! Very nice people always professional secretary so nice kind. they're on time never late! Not like other contractors you always fear this! But no I was impressed no hassle smooth from beginning end. : My system went out we got them to help us it was amazing! No mess no dirt! I was scared! But nope amazing! The crew worked rain towards end, ,, swept driveway street to insure it look clean! Words can't explain outstanding services guys!

And yes had flower bed no damage none. to plants they promised job get done one day got done less time. As far pump puts we used them to in between the contract being signed they serviced me while we waited for my permits.

Called Averitt in desperate need of having my septic tank pumped and filter unclogged. They answered the phone before 7am and had someone at my home by noon. Awesome service. I have had Averett come out three different times. One for a pump, one for installing risers, and most recently to replace the main line going from my cleanout to the tank. We had some issues in our newly purchased home, and had called 3 other companies to try and figure out what was wrong (no one could find our septic tank!).Johnnie came out and took the time to really help us pump our tank, inform us what our next step was, and cleaned out our pipes. He went above and beyond what 3 other companies couldn't even do. Thank you!

Very quick service (same day I called!) and they showed us how to clean the filter ourselves to save us some money. And they didn't dig up the whole yard trying to find the tank like I've seen with other companies for my neighbors. The service guy was very polite and thorough in checking to make sure the pipes were all fully unclogged before he left. They were also way more affordable than most other places I called. Definitely recommend them!

For many years we receive excellent service by their technician Ronny of our HOOD septic system.

Company was responsive with same day service. The two gentlemen that made the repairs were knowledgeable, prompt, businesslike, and tidy.

It all went very well, from my phone call to them, through the work done at my home and explanations of the problem, the care taken to replace sod, and advice for future care of the septic system. Very professional through the enitre experience. Our home is fairly new, we moved in during March 2012 as first occupants, and this is the company that installed the system originally.

I wished the price for the service might have been a bit lower to reflect those facts; but, I suppose everyone usually wishes for a lower price, and in fairness, I didn't ask for a lower price either. All in all, these guys were very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again when needed.

David came to the house and gave me a very competitive estimate. I had 3 people give me estimates. About a month later I decided to get the work done by Averette Septic. David came out again on a Monday, he was very professional both times. He explained that he had to pull permits for the work and this could take a few days so he estimated that he would be able to do the job in 4 days, on Friday.

To my surprise the work was completed 2 days later on Wednesday. The yard was left very neat, I had just had the house and driveway pressure washed and there was no mess left in the driveway or yard at all. Just the dirt in the back over the drain field which had been raked out neatly. I think they even pulled a weed along the back of my house! I am very happy with the work they have done and would use them again and happily recommend them to anyone.

We were having problems with our septic tank draining, I was sure we needed a new drain field. I Called Averett to come out and check it. Sam Averett came out the next day. Sam checked out the drain field and determined that there was a blockage in the line. I had let the tank go too long without pumping it out. Sam cleared the line and the tank started to drain. Sam said I should get get a few more years service out of the drain field. Sam Averett is a honest man and he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Sam could have replaced the drain field for a cost of $8,000.00 and I would not have known any different.

We also asked to to pump the other two tanks we have on the property. This was back in November 2012 and we have had no further problems since he came out. Thanks SAM Mike Baker Lakeland Fl
