The service was prompt and professional. They came out for a brand warranty service repair and while they could not repair the item due to the brand (not the repair person), I felt the serviceman understood our problem and gave us an alternative solution to get our appliance taken care of. Would recommend!

Arthur is top notch! He has repaired our heater, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, and stove top. You name it and he has fixed it for us. He is always professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and does excellent work all for a reasonable price. It is so uncommon these days to find someone that runs a business in such an organized manner. He sends appointment reminders, you can track his location as he is headed to your house, and he can send you an electronic copy of your receipt if you wish. We will only use Workman Heating, Air, and Appliance Repair!

Arthur and everyone working with Arthur are honest, professional, prepared, knowledgeable and kind. Arthur should be a part of the holiday celebrations at this point. Over the past year and a half he's worked on the dishwasher, the microwave, the washing machine, the old heat system, the old AC system and now has just installed an entire new HVAC heat and cooling system in my home. It was seamless and done without any pain for us. Arthur is tech savvy and has an awesome appointment systems that gives you a definite timeframe for the day, then heads up when your technician is on the way and he's always shown up when scheduled. This is the man to use! Mr. Workman has his business set up and running like a top--you'll get a text confirming your appointment, and then even a "track their arrival" link on the day of the appointment so you can see EXACTLY when he's going to arrive! Incredibly convenient! And the man knows what he's doing for the repairs--he's worked on our refrigerators in the past, and clothes washer this time... he's the best!
