I enjoyed doing business with Salisbury Rug and Carpet Cleaning. When the rugs were being returned (early) my dog had an accident on the floor just as he was coming in. Oh, no! We purchased a home and had Aaron come clean the carpets before moving in. He did a fantastic job and then we had him come back and clean the tile and grout of which there was a lot. The grout mostly was returned to its original color (found in some closets and corners of the pantry) He also sealed the grout to help us keep it looking pristine. Aaron is thorough, fast, fair priced and extremely responsive and honest. I don't know of a better combination of characteristics. Thank you Salisbury Rug and Carpet Cleaning.

They are an amazing family owned company. They have cleaned my carpets and upholstery several times and I have always been pleased with the service. I happily recommend Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning. I had a large area rug cleaned, followed by my wall-to-wall carpet. Aaron is very professional, prompt, and delivered suburb results. All the puppy stains are gone, and my home smells fresh & clean. Now, 4 months later, I am in a new home and called Salisbury Rug & Carpet to clean these carpets. This is the second time Salisbury Rug and Carpet has cleaned my carpets. This time I added my two area rugs. Always a great job, but this time was especially important since one of my five cats has had issues with urinating outside his litter box. Aaron used pre-enzymes, cleaned, and a post enzyme with a nice and light fragrance. The carpet is fresh and clean and the rugs look new! I highly recommend them for the fantastic job they do, their professionalism, and understanding pet issues!

Mr. Clark showed up, gave an estimate, and went right to work. He worked almost non-stop till he finished and the carpet looks almost new. I had thought about going with a chain outfit since I don't live around Salisbury and didn't really know who to choose, but took a chance with these guys. Price was certainly reasonable. He paid special detail to little stains and dirt you might not even normally see. I'd highly recommend these people. My realtor couldn't believe the improvement when she saw the difference in the carpets on the day we listed it.

I moved into a previously used home that had some existing pet odors and just a slight overall funk. The carpet looked to be in pretty good condition overall, so I called Salisbury Rug and Carpet. They did a great job and made everything smell fresh and renewed. Very polite, professional, and happy people in general. Recommended them to a family member. I would not hesitate to ask for their services again.

We were about to move into a really big "new" 1978 home & there was a thick layer of dust, dirt and grime from the house not having been lived in. The kitchen tile, entryway flagstone flooring, living room & bedrooms' carpet, and bathroom's tile were all cleaned. They were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and speedy. Their products are green, which was amazing (my family has asthma and allergies), everything smelled really fresh (like oranges), clean, and no chemical smell whatsoever.
The carpets were dry surprisingly fast. I wish we had before and after pictures, but we were in such a hurry to move in! The floors were absolutely stunning, we didn't think it was possible for them to look as good as they did! After seeing that tremendous difference, we had our area rugs cleaned and we were really happy with how those turned out.
We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned before, I always imagined it was too expensive. This was so affordable and worth every penny. I'm kicking myself for not having my floors professionally cleaned sooner! I look forward to having Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning professionally deep clean our floors a couple times a year!
