We had an after hours emergency call. Jason arrived and needless to say he was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to fix our hot water heater instantly. He was very friendly, and prompt. He definitely takes pride in his work. We will continue to use East Altanic Plumbing because of him!

East Atlantic Plumbing was so helpful! I called with an issue having water backup into my shower and my toilet backing up! They were able to fit me in the schedule on the same day and came out within a few hours! Will and Jake were my techs they were helpful and explained to me exactly what was going on and what they were going to do to fix it! I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs!

I actually called someone else who could not come out and referred me to East Atlantic. Even though this was not an emergency, they arrived in about an hour after I called and took care of the problem very quickly after a brief discussion of what they could do and how much it would cost. After attempting to get 2 different local plumbing companies to help, I called East Atlantic Plumbing and they came to the rescue. Identified the issue in about 30 seconds and had it fixed in about 30 mins (pump to my on-site well stopped working a few years ago). They were kind enough to show me the issue and talk through troubleshooting I can do on my own next time. Very professional and good group to work with.

I'm a manager at a restaurant in Wilmington. Tonight I had an emergency with a urinal over flowing and running. I called East Atlantic Plumbing and the owner Fran answered. He was wonderful he called me on FaceTime and walked me through turning the urinal water off. What a blessing this company and owner was for me in the middle of a dinner rush! Broke the pipe behind drywall to toilet at 8:00pm. Called East Atlantic, surprised to actually talk to a human instead of voicemail, and the actual OWNER at that. Told me to get a pen and paper and write down what I could go get from a Lowe's/ Home Depot before they closed. told me step by step how to "fix" issue so that I wouldn't need to pay for emergency service that night.
Also checked in to see if I had fixed it later that evening. Said he would come out and repair if I could not do it. Cannot thank him enough. We will be using them to finish the repair for a permanent fix. More importantly, we have water and it's not gushing onto the bathroom floor! Thanks so much for your time and professionalism! After having another plumbing company gave me a $2,500 estimate for something that wasn't needed. Fran and his team showed up quickly went to diagnosing the problem. They saved me thousands. Fran is an upfront tell you like it is guy. For any future plumbing issues East Atlantic plumbing an pipe cleaning will be the only call I make.

Amazing service! I called them frustrated and upset about my emergency plumbing situation, and Fran walked me through it and helped me get in touch with the Public Water Authority, all on his own time. We called East Altantic when he had a leak in our kitchen sink, and Fran and his crew arrived at our house within an hour.
