Johnson Septic came out and dodged the raindrops and emptied my Septic tank 1 day after I called them. The other company said it would take three weeks. When you need a septic tank emptied you really can't wait three weeks. Thank you Johnsons Septic.

Johnson is Awesome! From the lady I talked to on the phone to the two guys who came out. I called in the morning and they were able to work me in the same day. Fixed the problem we were having with our Septic Tank! Thk u Johnson Co! Highly Recommend them!

We would be remiss if we did not give Johnson Septic Service a big "Thank You". Our house sold but our septic inspection could not be certified. We had to have a new system with field lines. When the county came to tell us what had to be done it was determined our septic system needed to be moved from our back yard to our side yard. This was not going to be an easy job and also needed to be a company that would install the new system correctly.

We did some investigating and even though our home had sold we wanted to make sure this issue was completed the way we would want it done if we were going to stay in our home. We choose Johnson Septic Service and could not have been more pleased. I can not say enough about their work ethics. WOW! you do not find that kind of work ethics these days.

Mr Johnson, thumbs up to you, you raised great boys and the machine operator did a fantastic job. Our yard was left in great shape, dirt was smoothed out and left even. Our landscaper told us he loves going behind Johnson to lay sod because the way they leave the dirt grated so good. Thank You again and know we will be referring our friends/family to you.

Had to have the drain field replaced at my house and hired Johnson Septic for the job. They were onsite on time at 730am. Ernie Johnson and his workers Chance and Thomas did excellent work. They were finished by noon and I had a brand-new drain field. This is what I expected for my money and I consider that worthy of 4 out of 5 stars. However, they get the 5th star for above and beyond customer service.

During the process of digging they broke my sprinkler lines in a couple of places. This is not their fault since they don't know where they are and in order to get the job done, they must dig. But what they did do is go above and beyond in helping me get it fixed. I grabbed the needed materials and they took care of the repairs for me which was awesome and 5th star earning.

When they were all finished, they left the yard nice and clean looking. All in all as good of an experience as you could ask for when having to deal with something like replacing drain lines.

Mr. Johnson and his crew replaced our septic tank, dug and replaced fill lines and rebuilt our mound system on 9/13/17. True to his word, they were here at 7:00 am and by 1:30 the work was completed with our backyard cleaned up. Mr. Johnson is a very honest, professional, and polite individual. If we need septic tank service in the fuuture, you can be sure we will be calling Johnson Septic Tank to do the work. Thank you Mr. Johnon for doing such a fantastic job!

Johnson installed our tank 12 years ago. Back when my wife and I were new to the "real world" and first moved out on our own. We could have easily been taken advantage of. I spoke with the owner directly and he offered me a lot of sound advice in dealing with contractors that I still use to this day. I just had them come out and clean our tank and they did an awesome job. On time and very courteous. These are good, honest, professional people.

The guys did a great job pumping my over-due septic tank! I had just purchased my home a few months ago, and started having some septic back ups. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and were right on time. They were able to find my elusive tank, and got it emptied of the 20 years of muck. Can't say thanks enough! :

Just had Bo and James out to pump septic tank. Extremely courteous and polite workers. Any company would be proud to have these two gentlemen working for them.

I can't recommend these folks highly enough. I called Johnson at 9:45 AM, Thomas and James arrived within 45 minutes and the septic tank was pumped out, scraped/hosed down and they were back on the truck to their next satisfied customer by noon. Pensacola/Milton folks - this is as good as it gets.
