We were very satisfied with our decision to use Chad and his team during our recent home expansion and remodel project. They were professional, courteous, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. This was our first time getting involved with construction of this scale and Chad offered great advice for several pool and patio changes that have really "wowed" our guests when we entertain. (i.e. Experience matters!) The end result is a great looking home and pool that really makes lake living enjoyable!

I hired Chad Goodin after a bad experience with another builder and architect. Chad worked closely with me and an architect to design a house within our budget. He showed me many projects that he completed with similar budgets and similar project types. I spoke to those clients and they had a good experience. Our project went very smoothly and Chad and his team were very professional and easy to work with and they communicated regularly with me which was important. The project stayed on budget to what was quoted. We made modifications to the project and Chad worked with us on all changes and was very transparent so that there were no surprises. We had a very good experience and would use Chad for future projects.

Would use Chad Goodin Signature homes again in a heartbeat should we ever move! We have heard horror stories from friends building. We undertook huge renovation/addition and thought it was going to be more stressful than it was. Throughout the duration of the project, Chad and his teams' communication was excellent. His great attention to detail along with his eye on how to cut costs without compromising quality or integrity were invaluable.
When glitches occurred, the situation was dealt with immediately & professionally until the situation was resolved with vendor or supplier. Chad has a great business sense, strong personal integrity and surrounds himself with other like minded professionals. At the completion of the project, we ended up with a finely built home suited exactly to our needs and desires.
