Ben came out to take a look at a concern we had and found a huge problem that our orginal plumber had caused. He was very professional and considerate of situation. So glad we found a trustworthy plumber. I will continue to recommend Fix the Drip Plumbing.

I contacted Fix the Drip Plumbing around lunchtime on a Wednesday about a water leak discovered at my rental property. Immediately, they worked me into their schedule for a same-day service. Within 2 hours they had arrived at the property, assessed the origin of the leak (failing water heater), and provided me with an estimate to repair. The estimate was immediately sent in writing via email for my approval, and they were able to complete the water heater replacement the same day. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I need help with a plumbing issue!

We needed a new shower valve. In addition, the tub spout wasn't secure in the wall. Ben cut a neat hole on the backside of the wall of the shower. He installed the new valve and tub spout. He secured the new tub spout connection so there is no wobbling. We opted for an access panel instead of drywall repair. It looks and works great. Very satisfied. Being a new homeowner comes with its own challenges and unexpected costs. I was having problems with my sewage line backing up and of course it was without warning and on a sunday. I called roto rooter and they came out. After paying a costly fee the notified us that it would be costly but when I told my sister she said I know who you should call let me tell you I was hesitant but fix the drip was the best call I ever made.
