Extremely expensive. Gave us a kitchen remodel quote 4x the cost than everyone else. Edit- I am rating their customer service and value. It is true they never met us. It was at their request we send photos via email first, instead of coming to assess our project in person. Several photos and a detailed engineer's report were sent, so they got more than a "tiny" amount of info.
When emailing back and forth, I asked for clarification, because surely there must have been some mistake to get a quote that high? I was met with "We're definitely on different pages". I am unaware of the quality of their work, however, I think it is important people know that a kitchen remodel done by them would be extremely expensive. No need to waste your time unless you are looking to spend much much more than the recommended 15-20% of your home's value on your kitchen.
