I honestly think I have only ever left 1 or 2 online reviews before, but Rich and his team deserve one for their work on my kitchen remodel. These guys were GREAT. The pictures speak for themselves in terms of quality, but the level of service is what set them apart for me. 1) Rich and Mel identified multiple issues with the architecture plans I had drawn up, which ended up saving me a lot of headache.
I believe they recommend 4 changes to our original plans, and we ended up going with their recommendations on 3 of them. 2) The countertop producer didn't account for the hinges on the cabinet doors underneath the sink. This ended up causing the sink-hole in the countertop to get cut incorrectly. The only solution was to modify the hinge location on the under-sink cabinet doors.
This was NOT Rich's issue to figure out, but I called them, and Rich and Mel were at my house WITHIN THE HOUR! The pricing was fair in my opinion, and the turnaround was relatively quick for fully custom cabinets as well. I won't be going to anyone else for cabinets in the future, and I'll be sending my friends to briteway as well. Thanks again rich and Mel.

I hired Briteway to install pull out drawers in my kitchen cabinets. Rich was very prompt in coming out to look at the job, gave me some ideas & suggestions, took measurements & said he would send a cost estimate. His price quote was prompt, detailed & competitive. He came out again for final measurements & said he would be back the next day to do the install. I love the pull-outs & the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Briteway for any of your carpentry needs - you wonâ t be disappointed.

I contacted Carolina cabinet pros to add new doors to my kitchen cabinets. The owner recommended that I contact Rick @ Briteway Remodeling to get some ideas on the remodel. I am so happy that he sent me to Rick. I would’ve never come up with his ideas he put together. They were so quick with building everything and putting it together, bringing it over to the house and installing it in just a few hours. Their promptness and professionalism was top notch. I would recommend them and use them again before anyone. I have added the before and after photos. Of course, now I need a new dishwasher and stove. I am just so super excited to be in this kitchen.
