It has been over a year now and I have reached out to the owner of A-1 fence to tell him about his employee Richard that took my money for the down payment and never started the job. He said he was going to fix that, but still to this date nothing has been done. Now I am about to take them to small claims to get my down payment back. I have the invoice with Richard signature and text message that me and him have exchanged to prove my case.
Do not do business with their employees they are crooks. After such a tough year, you would think small business would love to have business but in this case, it is not true. I am sorry it had to come to this, but I have waited for almost a year and nothing has been done or started.
