I called Wednesday, spoke with Johanna Regarding need for removal of tub and replacement of new tub. The guys were out there the very next morning had work order completed and very pleased with their work, professionalism and response time unmatched! I had called a few other plumbing companies that same day I called Top Notch and Top Notch had the work completed before I ever heard back from any of the other plumbing companies. Top Notch (Tom) did a great job for us. Our tankless hot water heater had stopped heating. Tom was responsive to first diagnose the problem (ignitor switch), direct us as to exactly what parts to buy (online and cheaper!) and then return to prompyly install after the parts arrived. He did a great job and was reasonably priced. We are now having Tom come back out to swap out some faucets since he gave us some great advice as to where we should buy those faucets. Great company with whom to work! 5 stars!

Ive spent years having one plumbing service after another look at things and then not get back to me or fix only the problem immediately at hand and say that they are not taking new 'projects' or even worse. over quote the project so that they dont have to do it. The guys at Top Notch are the pros that know the industry (and then some.) My disabled father called in about 9:00am with a water leak under the house. After talking with Joannna he was informed that all trucks were tied up, but she would see what she could do. Around 11:30 a man showed up and had the leak fixed and cleaned up before 3:00PM. He was very professional and even took time to show my dad pictures of the before and after! My dad has been a plumber for over 30 years and this was his first plumbing issue since becoming diabled! Highly recommend this company!

This company is Top Notch. One of my coworkers gave me the name and number, after hearing that another plumber was charging way to much for the job. I spoke to Tom around 2:00 in the afternoon. It was like he dropped everything and went to inspect my problem. Gave me a price that was a lot less than the first plumbing company. I approved his repair. Top Notch plumbing had my water back on by 5:00 the same day. This is a very trust worthy company.
