Incredible customer service! Crissie and Jamie were so wonderful to work with! Our local flooring store wanted to charge us double the amount per sq ft for the LVP we were interested in. We reached out to the Floorzz team and received a response within a few hours with a quote we were happy with. We were nervous about ordering flooring online, since we weren't local to the area, but the Floorzz team was incredibly helpful and communicative about our order and throughout the process. Lovely backsplash. I found this backsplash at a local store but they were delays in shipment and it was more expensive. I reached out to Floorzz and the owner contacted me via email quickly and gave me information on lead time. Overall I had a great experience!

Excellent customer service! This company is very responsive and helpful and I would gladly buy from them again. I ordered a bunch of tile for my master bath remodel and some of the tiles arrived damaged, and they quickly sent out a free replacement within a single day of me emailing them. 3/21 I'M IMPRESSED! Crissie and Floorzz exceeded my expectations in every way. I had been calling all over the country to obtain 1 single carton of a specific luxury vinyl plank flooring. I needed to be sure the product I was considering was the correct color for a whole house flooring project. Another company refused to send out 1 box stating concerns with damage (I offered to put in writing I did not CARE if the product arrived damaged, I just needed a larger sample size to work with.) Crissie got my order placed and it arrived on Sunday, a whole week before expected delivery. The box and flooring is in perfect condition. Floorzz exceptional service really helped me with an expensive decision. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Lovely bullnose tile that I couldn't find anywhere else. It goes beautifully with the tile for the shower I am redoing. Delivered on time to the right address without any problems.

Price of tile I chose was not the cheapest here, but I chose this place anyways cause of the many reviews of good service. Particularly, how they treat customers if they receive damaged tiles. My tile arrived without damage, however the delivery was rescheduled twice. Only changed the delivery date by a few days so no big deal. I also appreciated that they don't use rebate gimmicks like some other places I considered. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and would buy from again.

During a backsplash kitchen project, we realized that we did not have enough tile to finish. The supplier we purchased the first set of tiles from, told us it would take 2 weeks to get the tile, but we thought we might find another way to get what we needed, sooner. That's when we telephoned Floorzz at Miramar Beach. After explaining the situation to them, the Floorzz employee asked for a phone number where he could reach us, because he did not have any of the tile in stock, but he would find out where he could get it.

To our surprise, the Floorzz employee returned our call within 10 minutes with info. Unfortunately, he could not get the tile any sooner than our original supplier, and the shipping would have been very expensive. The Floorzz rep was very understanding when we told him we decided to order through the original supplier. Floorzz went the extra mile to get the information we needed in a very timely manner, and we thank them for their effort to help us.

The selection they have is overwhelming.and I am talking in a good way! I walked in there with one idea in mind and with the help of the knowledgeable salesman I ended purchasing something totally different, AND I LOVE IT. If you are looking for a huge selection, great prices, and flawless installation this is your place.
