Johnson Surveying & Mapping Johnson Surveying and Mapping, Inc. is a full service Professional Land Surveying firm, located in Jacksonville, Florida serving the Southeastern United States. We are a Registered Corporation in the State of Florida and have a licensed surveyor in Alabama and Tennessee as well. Our projects range from single home lots to 2,500-acre wooded acreage to power transmission corridor surveys in the public, private and industrial sectors.

Subsurface Utility
Report
Subsurface utility engineering or SUE, is a practice that uses nondestructive geophysical investigating techniques to verify the existence, condition and exact location of underground utilities. With SUE services, technicians can pinpoint natural gas lines, electric cables, water and sewer pipes, fiber optic cables and telephone and cable TV lines.

Alta / Acsm

An ALTA survey is a boundary survey prepared to a set of minimum standards that have been jointly prepared and adopted by the ALTA/ACSM. Additionally, an ALTA survey shows improvements, easements, rights-of-way, and other elements impacting the ownership of land.
