First contact was when We needed an electronic bidet installed. Jonathan arrived at front end of the target window after notification and quickly and easily installed the bidet. Really helpful that he had previous installation experience. No fuss, no muss and very professional. Very efficient and took time to both explain and demonstrate the unit This 2nd time that we have used Jonathan and again a great experience We initially called about a leaking outside spigot but because of notice from Moore County water company we had him check for a backwater valve and there wasn't one. He also found issue with sewer cap Ha came back the next day and fives all three issues Very easy to deal with

They responded within 2 hours of my well pump going out and worked hard all day to replace it and get my water flowing again for our house and farm ensuring our horses had water during the warming up weather! They worked diligently into the dark hours to take care of our problem and even had an off duty guy drive his work truck to our farm to bring needed spare parts after something broke amd drenched Keith worth cold water.

He did a great job. We got a quote on possible solutions and he was good to explain the costs and the quote. Nice person and very personable. ALL GOOD EXCEPT THE BILLING SHOULD BE CHANGED. MY FIRST ESTIMATE WAS OVER $300. FOR A SMALL PVC PIPE REPAIR. HE MANAGED TO GET IT REDUCES TO $125. PLUS TAX. ONLY TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES. SHOULF BE PRICED BY THE TIME ON THE JOB. WITH A MINIMUM, OF COURSE. I'M 80 AND HAD LOTS OF REPAIRS AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY IT SEEMS TO BE FAIR TO BOTH.
