Emergency Service performed at 8PM on a Saturday Night! Very fair price and super responsive. My truck key would not turn my car on. Before I would have to fiddle with it to get the key to turn the truck on, but this time it wouldn't budge. Alex came out and after doing a diagnostic he quickly concluded my key was "cut" wrong and that was the issue. He made 2 new keys for me, thank you!

Alex was great. I accidentally lost my friend's only house key (!) and Alex came quickly to the rescue. I called around and he ended up being the best price so I went with him and I am glad we did because he was super quick and honest enough to tell us that an extra key wasn't needed even though he would have made more money from it. Super fast and professional. My door nob broke out of the blue and I was unable to open my door from the inside or outside. Luckily I had a side door so I didn't have to use a window. But I didn't have to use the side door for long because Alex was able to come the next day. He replaced the door nob/lock in about 20min. Alex came by to rekey my newly purchased home. He showed up on time was super polite and professional. When I went to inspect the locks I noticed that one of the locks was hanging low and not latching. Totally not his fault and something done from the contractor that installed it. I simply asked Alex how I should fix it and he went out to his car grabbed his grinder and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. All free of charge. On top of that he was super nice. I would totally recommend him.

I called this company at 2am after I tried 4 companies that didn't answer my calls. To my delight they answer immediately they sent technician that arrived whitin 45 minutes and help me to get in to my house, technician was polite and very knowledgeable and price was reasonable definitely use them again
