A pipe burst between our main floor and lower level ceiling. It was a mess. Bedrock cleaned up the mess and took all measures necessary to dry everything up. Dan gave me call back after hours and answered all of my questions after we had some basement flooding after a big spring melt. His team was out there first thing the next morning.
