We hired them to come out after our most recent Water Damage situation. They were quick to bring out the drying units, quick to remove all the wet surfaces and focused and thorough throughout the drying process. They took time to protect items that couldn't be moved and were always timely to come back and check on moisture levels during the week.

I called Bedrock in a panic at 1am because water was dripping through my ceiling and I didn't know why. Dan, answered the phone and helped me immensely. He talked me through how to shut the water to my house and he gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do next. He was professional, calm, and collected at a time when I was frantic. He helped me focus on fixing the problem instead of panicking about it.
A few hours later he personally called me to follow and see how things were going. It was great to have someone call and check in on me rather than me having to make another phone call. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do, Bedrock will be my first call. I already saved the number in my phone.
