So far, the best quality noted about this company, besides the installers' professionalism, is the owner's quality assurance. To have him double check over the work performed shows care, not only for the customer, but pride in services provided; something you just don't see much anymore. It provided peace of mind. I called early in the afternoon to have someone come out to check my ac/hvac unit. Well they came within 2 hours. I didn't know that the unit is a duel unit. after going over everything with me, the tech explained in detail what was going on. He called his supervisor to come and double checked everything. It was explained I could have maintenance done with the cost or go with a new ac unit. I chose to place the ac unit. every detail was explained. I definitely recommend this company.

The technician arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. He was able to answer my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the new unit before he left. Our AC quit working. We called our usual service guy and he stated we needed a whole new system and gave us a quote. Not wanting to only consider one quote, we called Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric of Fayetteville. The tech came out and quoted 5% lower for the exact same system and installed a wireless digital thermostat that is compatible with Alexa also.
His quote was quick and in writing. He had the unit in stock and installed it the very next day! He was extremely thorough and professional. I was thrilled with this service and will use Air Pro Heating from this point on for any ac repair or installation services. Great company!

The HVAC technician that came out to service my Heat/AC unit was great. He not only did the service but went out of his way to show me what was needed of me to keep the heating unit running efficiently. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fayetteville and they were here within a couple of hours. Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric is the BEST! I don't know what I would have done with no heat! Amazing company

We recently moved into our new home and due to a bad/lazy HVAC inspection paid for by the seller (performed by Faircloth HVAC Repair), we were left with an inoperable HVAC system, that we discovered when our astronomical electric bill was delivered. We called and got 3 estimates from HVAC Repair companies in the area, and we decided to go with Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric They were absolutely amazing.
They were extremely honest and respectful during the diagnostics and carried that honesty and respectfulness to the installation, pricing, and the clean up.
