Great people to work with, they worked with us and got us what we needed within our budget. We never felt pressured, nor like we were being talked into anything. We went with the split ductless system for our home. We have a wood stove and electric baseboard, wood stove is amazing but the baseboard heaters are horribly expensive to run and very inefficient.
The cost for us to do a furnace and getting ductwork installed was going to be very expensive and very time consuming. The installers were professional and very quick, did a great job. Would recommend Crystal Valley to anyone!

Travis was AMAZING during our entire install process! We greatly appreciate his attention to detail, kindness, and the wealth of knowledge that he took the time to share with us. Had an issue with flow and condensation on a duct. I only asked for the duct to be moved farther away from the outside wall since the other sections were fine. They not only moved it, but wrapped it as an extra precaution. They absolutely went above and beyond with that and explaining what they did to adjust the flow. I have been very happy with their service each and every time.

We purchased a furnace about a year and half ago from Crystal Valley Comfort. It was in the middle of winter and was very cold! They came out within a day or 2 and installed a new one immediately! The furnace had a manufacturer issue this past week, they came out to investigate, and within this same week we have a completely new furnace installed FREE! Thanks to warranty and this great company standing behind their customers we now have a safe furnace and will be recommending them and using them in the future!
