Westshore Mechanical did a great job for us. We had an a/c blower motor issue that was extraordinarily difficult due to the need for a special programming tool. Mike did a fantastic job installing a new motor and getting it programmed. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and kept us informed each step of the way. It was a pleasure to have him in our house doing what needed to be done.

Westshore Mechanical has been easy to contact and quick to set up service on short notice. Brian has been great, he first came out for fall tune up prior to heat coming on, and immediately noted some issues we needed to have addressed. He has been prompt and on time, gets the service done quickly and efficiently, and clearly has a lot of experience doing what he does.

My furnace went out 2 days before Christmas. I called at 2 pm and Brian was at my home just a few hours later to fix my furnace. It's not everyday you can get same day service. Westshore Mechanical was assigned from our home warranty company. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem right away. The claim took over 6 weeks to get resolved, but that was because of our home warranty and not Westshore Mechanical. Westshore was amazing during the process. Cris was always super helpful when we called to get status updates and she even would reach out to our home warranty company for us to try and get answers and get things moving. Once everything was approved and the new unit was in, Westshore was able to come out the very next day and get us up and running! I would definitely use them again.

Called after hours and had a new capacitor installed and running by 9am the next morning. Doesn't get any better than that. When the AC unit needs anything else I'll be back to this business. I was told that my technician would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00pm, but he arrived shortly after 10:00am. Mike was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and, after picking up the new part, had the furnace running in about 20 minutes. He explained the problem and asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with the service and would request Mike personally for future needs.

I woke up to the furnace blower not kicking in on a cold January morning. Called Westshore Mechanical, they initially gave me an afternoon appt.; But then we're able to come several hours early. Dave did a great job, quickly finding the problem & fixing it within a couple of hours. And did a check of the rest of the system. Will definitely recommend & use again.
