Norbert did our original installation and came by again to check it and put new filters in. This company and its reps are the most professional individuals I’ve ever met. They show up on time and always answer the phone on the first ring at their main office. Norbert was especially great as he attempted to try and find the perfect system for our house.
Our townhouse has a strange set up so he was not able to fully help us with a water softener, but he absolutely improved the quality of our water as well as perfectly installed a drinking water system. He was also a huge dog fan and was so kind to our new puppy. Would highly recommend to any friends or family in the area

Progressive Water did a fantastic job getting our water filtration system installed and provided great customer service from start to finish. We had a very challenging plumbing situation at our house and Norbert went the extra mile to investigate and explain exactly what was going on with all the elements of our plumbing so we could be informed about it (not just how it impacted the water system). Norbert ended up having to cut into the drywall to access the plumbing and climb through a wall and he did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up like he was never even there. Highly recommend Dan and the team at Progressive Water if you want a great filtration system installed the right way!

Install or Replace a Water Treatment & Purification System
If you're looking for a water treatment/softener solution, Progressive is the company to go with. They installed solutions in two houses. Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business.
These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water treatment solution.

Dan came to my house to test and discuss issues I was having with my water. I was ssssssooooo impressed with his knowledge, experience and compassion of water filtration systems, I stopped my search and hired him to complete the install. We noticed that our Westinghouse system was constantly running water through itself leaving standing water in the backyard. We called a local company who came out and didn’t fix the problem, leaving us extremely frustrated. I put in an inquiry on Progressive’s website knowing it was a holiday weekend and figured I would hear back next week. Progressive returned my call same day and came out to the house to put our system on bypass free of charge until a technician can come out and fix the problem. We learned a lot about our system and look forward to continue working with Progressive to service our system!

I compared a few different companies and DIY options for home filtration and PWS was recommended by another water treatment specialist. I'm really happy that I worked with Progressive Water Solutions instead of another company or trying to install a system I bought online myself. While having them install the system, I could see all the ways that I would have got it all wrong if I did it myself!
Their customer service is fantastic! They are easy to reach and responded very quickly to every question I had. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I got a lot of clear and easy to understand answers from them. I learn a lot about water and my water system from them. Dan and his Team do a great job from the quote to the follow-up. I installed my Rain Soft water treatment and Clean Start systems in April of 2015. Dan gave us a great price and the installation was quick. This was important as we have Chatham water. We no longer have to put up with smelly, discolored water. We have had to contact them a few times since the in stallion. They have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Progressive Water Solutions if you are looking for clean, fresh water with minimal hassle.

It was an amazing demonstration by Dan and he really took the time to answer every question we had and you could tell he really cared about our family and get us quality water for our large family.He took time in sharing all of our options and was never pushy in any way and when it was all said and done I felt like I had gained a friend as well as a much needed clean water unit.He was on time courteous and called to follow up even after the sale.We have already seen a major improvement in our bathing,Drinking water,and every day cleaning .I highly recommended the entire staff.We adopted 5 girls from overseas ages 15,14,12,12,12 and they all can tell the difference in the drinking water and washing there hair ...And in my family there is a lot of black hair to be washed.

A great solution to most of your water problems. We've been having a lot of health issues lately especially with my kids, & once I installed the rain soft system there was a noticeable change in our overall health in general. We stopped getting skin sensitivities, my daughter's skin started to clear and glow, the water tasted much better, & actually we felt good in general. No mold formation like before, no scum on the glass shower, and cleaner clothes in general. We LOVE the system so much & I consider it a worthy investment.
