Alta Moving

Had a Complete pack and Move the week of June 13. Alta Moving was excellent, I had 4 employees packing and the same guys moving, They made it look so easy and quick I had a big house. I would not hesitate to call Alta Moving again for any moving needs I may have in the future. Can't say enough good things. Way to go guys and Thank you very much.

I hadn't planned on using a moving company, because I figured my boyfriend and I would save money and do it ourselves. I am so beyond relieved and grateful I hired Alta. They definitely save us from hours of arguing and sore backs. Like who wants to spend their weekend moving heavy furniture? No one. I've never hired movers before, but I will never not hire them again. Wayne and Aaron (A-A-Ron as he nicknamed himself lol), were extremely efficient.

They were careful with the walls and furniture and were much faster than I imagined anyone moving heavy objects. Between the dad jokes and the homemade cookies I was given, I enjoyed my time with them while overlooking the move. Even my 11 month old I was carrying was enthralled watching them work! I recommend them to EVERYONE who is looking to hire a moving team. It was worth every penny!

I was super impressed with these guys - what I thought would take 2.5 hours, 3 guys wrapped up in 48 minutes. And didn't compromise service for efficiency. Not a single dent anywhere in the house. Mats rolled out so no shoes touched my floors or carpets. And very nice guys who I had some good conversation and jokes with. Definitely would recommend!

I hired Alta Moving for my move from Edmonton to Calgary. I dealt with several employees of the company, and they were all a pleasure to deal with. I found the company very transparent to deal with an appreciated the flat rate truck rental and hourly rate of charge. The estimate provided was accurate, and the movers looked like they were working hard to keep everything on time and on track. John was the runner, and Jeremey was our driver.

Both were excellent, and their experience and professionalism were very much appreciated. John specifically went above and beyond handling our items smoothly, and then even dealing with my fussy partner who wanted things off loaded into certain locations in our new home. What a gent! I would hire these guys again for sure!

Our recent experience with Alta Moving was fantastic. Their online quote system is thorough and easy to use. The quoted price was very reasonable compared to other moving companies. Their frog box rentals are super useful as well and came 5 days before the move so we had time to pack them all up. Ed, Cal and John was the team sent for our move and they were super friendly, professional and fast!

We were moving out of a three story walk-up and they didn't seem at all bothered by it. The move in portion was very fast too. Clearly a very experienced team. The final price was under the quoted maximum. We will definitely be recommending Alta Moving to friends, family and co-workers!

Alta movers were awesome! They worked very quickly. We needed to move my mother in laws stuff to two various locations to sell the items and her place. They cleared the house quickly, brought items to the dump and we're careful with all items. They did everything we asked no questions asked They did it in under 5 hours between the three locations. Would recommend them to anyone!

Johnny, Brittany and Wayne did a great job. On time and worked the whole way through. Took extra special care of all my items and were very friendly

These guys were the best. Brittany and John helped me with my move and I’ve got to say it was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. They were super nice and professional. They handled the old place, new place, and all of my things with extreme care. What more can you ask for. Definitely calling them for the next move and recommend to anyone looking for movers. Just awesome!

Exceptional service and professionalism. Edward and Wayne were efficient and friendly. They took care in moving all items and they took all the stress out of our move day. They were very clean and ensured nothing was damaged. I would absolutely recommend Alta Moving and won't hesitate to use them again if needed in the future, and will ask for Wayne and Edward but I'm sure all the movers at Alta Moving have the same exceptional work ethic! I was also impressed with the friendliness of the administration and how helpful they were. Overall a GREAT COMPANY!

We had a great experience with Alta Moving. Wayne and Andy were professional, friendly and handled all of items with care-they were two of the best movers we have ever dealt with.

The team was great. Showed up on time, finished as soon as possible due to a person calling in sick. Took extra care of my theatre equipment and all other furniture. Placed all our stuff where we needed it, unwrapped it and took a few boxes we had away. They forgot a tool here and when they came to pick it up a couple days later one of them helped me move a couch downstairs. I would highly reccommend Kelvin and Abes. Thanks guys

Alta's service was outstanding. Scheduling my long distance move with Nahhid was easy and reassuring. I knew when to expect pickup and how to plan for the arrival on the other end. Everyone was so helpful, considerate, and friendly throughout the process. Kelvin took great care of all of my furniture - everything arrived in perfect condition. First time hiring movers and could not have had a better experience. Kelvin and Alam were both personable and professional, they made sure any of our questions or concerns were answered. They took a great deal of effort and care with our furniture to insure everything made it to our new house without a scratch. We would definitely recommend Alta Moving to anyone making a move.

I had Abe, Ns and Ahmad help me move to my new house. They were extremely accommodating and were able to successfully move any piece of furniture in and around the house. They were capable of bringing my furniture to get stored for a month prior to my house being bought.

Getting to the new house, They had tools and the knowledge to properly remove hand rails to reduce any damage to the walls and house. Upfront, honest people. It was a pleasure using their services. I will be recommending them! Amazing work guys!

Alta Moving experience was excellent! They provided professional, responsive and excellent quality service from beginning to end. The movers, Ahmad, Abdullah and Tawfiq were all very fast and hard working while making sure that they respect and care for every item on our 5-bedroom house to another house. Best money spent! I highly recommend this moving company to anyone. You will not be disappointed!
