Mike and his team at Ark Waterproofing solved one of the largest headaches I've endured as a new home owner. Due to the age of my home I was regularly experiencing water issues with my old Pittsburgh basement. Mike came out the same week I called him and provided an estimate in minutes. He walked me from front to back regarding the process and we were scheduled 2 weeks out. Compared to the 3 other companies I engaged Ark was by far the cheapest and solved my issue with a minimally invasive strategy.

Since then my basement has been nearly bone dry and my foundation is protected. His team was professional, on time, and did all the work the same day. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Since having our basement waterproofed by ARK in November 2021, we have not had any issues since. Our sump pump runs more than I had expected it to, removing a surprising amount of water from our foundation. The guys were friendly and accommodating to my questions and requests while they were here. We are very happy with the quality of their work and the performance of the drainage system so far.

The boys from Arc are the most wonderful men I have had the pleasure to meet in a long time. No hasseling, no fooling around just work, work, work. I still have not stopped smiling about the look to my basement. For 39 years I have stepped on to a damp/wet cement floor trying to do laundry became a lesson in speed and balance. You know, don't slide, catch the white shirt that's falling to the wet muddy floor.

Excellent experience with this company. Had some bad mold and leaks on a few of our walls and it needed waterproofed badly. Gave us a great quote and never tried to upsell us on anything. Did 3 walls (80ft+) in 2 days from start to finish. The crew was very informative and friendly.

ARK team just worked on my parents basement in Erie, PA. I am so relieved that I chose them to do the job. They were great bunch of people to work with. Professional, personal, just gave you that warm fuzzy feeling for sure. But more importantly, they did a super, super job on the house. The basement was previously a horrendous mess with cracked walls, water coming in at the base of the foundation, which had been going on for some time, and of course, lots of mold! :- They put in whole internal drainage system, two new submersible pumps, fixed cracks in the wall, killed the mold, and anything else to make it a safe and dry basement like it should've been.

This company was excellent. Workers arrived when they said they would. Our job took a little longer than expected but the outcome was worth it. They also did a really good job of cleaning up.

Extremely satisfied with our experience in dealing with this company from the beginning to the completion of the job. We hesitated in having a sump pump installed in our finished basement laundry because of what was involved, including moving the furnace and water heater. Unlike their competitors, they assured us that only the furnace would have to be moved temporarily a few feet and they could tunnel around the water heater.

This was good news as that meant we did not need to hire a plumber but just a heating contractor. In addition, they said there would be minimal cutting of the bottom of the dry wall, which would make repairs simple and economical without the need to hire another contractor. Everything they told us about the project was correct. It was done with minimal disturbance to the room and very minimal dust to the adjoining family room or upstairs rooms.

The installers, Brian and Jerome worked hard for 10 hrs, and also, made sure that they did a good clean up job. They were pleasant and professional and very accommodating. Jim, our salesperson came out to check on the work as it was being done and returned the next day with Fred, their service manager to reconnect our washer and dryer, utility tub plus re-install the hardware in our cedar closet. Again, this was something that their competitors did not include.

They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The cost of their services was well worth the product they provided and was less than the other estimates we obtained. We would highly recommend this company to others. It surely deserves a five star rating.

The owner Mike was wonderful. He was prompt to contact me and made himself available for a quick appointment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and Mike was understanding and helpful in finding a new time that worked for us both. Mike arrived on time, did the inspection and explained very thoroughly the situation and gave several options. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Really good job done correctly and quickly at a reasonable price. Most importantly solved our water problem and gave us a dry basement.
