The two founders of Paneless—Matt and Chris —have known each other since they were toddlers. Growing up as best friends playing sports, studying and adventuring together, they decided to create a window cleaning business while studying at university.Prior to the advent of cellphones and the luxury of internet marketing, when going door to door was the best means of advertising their services, Matt and Chris strapped ladders to a Volvo station wagon and developed a reputation for being committed to their trade.
25 years on, through hard work and a commitment to mastering their trade, Paneless Property Services has become one of Central Alberta’s best known, largest and most respected Exterior Property Service companies.
Paneless strongly believes in doing business ethically and respecting the environment. In 2009, Paneless committed to planting 300-500 trees a year and has done so every year since. We live in a condo complex and have used Paneless Windows services for three years. They primarily do eavestrough, downspout and window cleaning for the owners. The crews are professional, courteous and efficient. Any problems we might have are readily corrected and follow up by management is always undertaken. We would recommend the company to anyone needing cleaning services.

We use Paneless Windows for our 4 story Condo building for years. We have not experienced any issues with their services. They are very professional, very punctual (always on time) and very courteous. We are very happy with the cleaning windows process with no Interruptions to anyone within the condo. I just had my windows cleaned by some young men from your company. I just want to let you know they were most diligent, courteous and capable. I was thoroughly impressed. One young man with a blue t-shirt and ball cap did my windows. I thanked him and asked if he would like a bottle of water. He graciously declined. Young people sometimes get a bad reputation, but these fellows did an exemplary job and I would feel comfortable recommending your company to anyone who asks.

Our condominium corporation continues to use Paneless Window Cleaning Inc for both of our condo buildings. This company provides excellent customer service. One of our owners thought they had not properly cleaned windows in their master bedroom. In fact the seal had broken on two panes. The manufacturer was contacted and the windows were replaced thanks to comments from Paneless. We will continue to use them going forward. I suggest you contact them for your window cleaning.

I have contracted Paneless Window Cleaning for around 10 years here at Concordia University of Edmonton. They provide excellent service, planning work around our busy schedules, and produce a top quality clean. Some companies you need to constantly check their window cleaning, this company you tell them what you want and they do it.
