Jason was wonderful! An absolute pleasure! He was early for my appointment, friendly, courteous and kind. He knew what he was doing and even made suggestions because I had been given so many keys to my new home. He even told me about the community fair happening this weekend! I locked myself out my house on 7pm on a Friday and no one else would help me. This guy came all the way from Trenton to moroe in twenty minutes, had the door opened in like two minutes and cut my two spate keys right on the spot. Very professional awesome personality. Lifetime customer acquired.

This man is a Saint! One of the nicest guys in the world. I was visiting Michigan from WV and somehow managed to lose my ONLY key to my Cadillac. Kinda scary! Not only did Jason get it taken care of in about 20 minutes, he told me exactly what I needed to get. The price he told me was the price I paid, he never inflated it or gave me a bunch of bull. Jason was the most honest and sincere man I have ever cone across in his profession.

Others should take notes from him on customer service. I hope people really read and make their own decisions based on reviews because if I could give him higher than a 5, I would in a heartbeat. We are lucky to have such a good guy in this profession, he is one of probably a handful of diamonds. Thank you again Jason. Jason was an absolute legend! Dude got to me in like 10 minutes and only took about five minutes! Not ONLY did he take care of my issue but he took the liberty to find my vehicles door code so that I wouldn't have to worry about this in the future! When I called it was like talking to a friend. He came quickly, checked my paper work, and professionally replaced my automotive ignition key and remote, even adding an extra key to get me inside the vehicle should I get locked out - all with a substantial discount and at a lower fee than others. When he left, I felt I gained more than a needed rescue but a new friend as well! I'd recommend him to anyone for all their locksmithing needs. Well done, Jason. *NO BAIT AND SWITCH INCLUDED* I am a commercial Electrician and I know how hard it is to find trustworthy help, I had an attempted break in where my ignition had been destroyed and they were able to fix it and program it on site same day. They were reasonable and upfront with the cost and didnt take advantage of my predicament nor take payment until the job was done. I will always call them first for any locksmith needs.

We were lock inside our RV for 6hrs because the lock on our entry door broke. Jason went to work immediately upon arrival and did not rest until he got our door opened over an hour later.

My grandmother locked herself out of the house. Jason told us it would take 25 minutes and he arrived promptly in about 20 minutes if that. He was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company. On Christmas I locked my keys in my house and they came right away and unlocked the door. He was very polite and got the job done for a reasonable price.

I used this business back to back one day right after another. First I came home not even thinking I left my house keys on my table and I had no back ups to let me in. After calling a few places and getting quotes I had safe feelings that this company wasn't going to take advantage of me late at night. I then asked if I already had a "Smart" lock that required a code that needed to be installed would be be interested in installing that and he came back the next day and installed that for me and made sure before he left that I didn't have any issues/problems with it even though he wasn't the one who originally purchased the deadbolt lock. I will definitely be using him in the future if I ever need it or will be recommending him to others I know.

This was an easy and impressive service from beginning to end. Jason responded to my yelp quote request right away and gave me detailed information in his response. I appreciated that he was willing to quote and make a plan through messaging because I really didn't have time for a phone call and I needed my door handle changed fairly quickly.

He came out to the house exactly as we planned and replaced my old handle with a new digital coded handle. He knew his stuff well enough to easily explain things to me and was also a really nice guy. Highly recommend!

I sent out messages to four companies with the same information, and I appreciated that Jason from Local Locksmith Co. was able to provide a quote right away (already itemized and totaled) AND provided availability in his response, meaning I didn't have to go-and-forth to set up the appointment. :) I really appreciate when businesses make that part easier on the customer. Jason showed up on-time and was very professional and courteous.

We wanted a new house rekeyed because it was previously a rental. He was thorough and answered all our questions, as well as provided advice about what to do about a door that had upside-down handles. He had me test each lock with the old key, then the new key, for accountability and peace of mind. He also made sure the locks were oiled for the weather. I'm glad we ended up with someone running his own business, and he also gave his recommendations for other small biz owners for various projects we told about in the house. And yes, he charged what he quoted, and not a dime more.
