Effective and timely communication. Dusty discussed our needs for asbestos testing during the due diligence period on a house we were buying. Mason came not just on time, but at least ten minutes early. He explained what we had and why it was or was not of concern. He happily worked with the constraints that had been set by the sellers. One material in particular was not what we thought it was, making it less expensive to test, that savings was passed on to us. As I'm writing this review, we are waiting for results, but so far we are very satisfied with the level of service, communication and professionalism.
