I REALLY wanted to give them five stars, but I can't honestly. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and we're very kind and professional. They even identified a problem in my gutters that explained why they were filling up so fast. That was all great. But the problem came with two things. One - I scheduled them for Tuesday and they showed up Monday.

I never received a call to tell me the date had been changed. Luckily I was home and could pay for the service at that time, but others may have a bigger issue with this. And two - when cleaning my back gutters, all that dirty, smelly water dumped into my flower pots. They cleaned the mess on the deck, which I appreciate, but when I walked outside the next day there was a terrible sewage smell.

I chased it down to the flower pots which had most of the dirt flooded out and all that gutter muck inside. I had to dump the pots (they are not small either) and redo the plants and dirt inside. Plus spray down my deck again to get rid of the nasty smell. Both are minor things but things that I think should be mentioned. Will I use them again? I'd say so. They did an excellent job otherwise. But I'll make sure to remind them to move my flower pots before doing the job. And to let me know of any date changes.

Replaced all of our gutters with the larger size and added gutter guards. Gave us multiple options to find the right fit for our budget. Showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards and even came back a month later to make some minor adjustments after a heavy rain! Highly recommend!

Solid experience. Called for an estimate, Billy came through and did his thing. Estimate for gutter clean + installation of gutter guards + installation of a new gutter section (see pic) came back super reasonable. Thorough work, technician checked in and reviewed what was done prior to leaving. Highly satisfied with the quality of work and material (so far). I'll come back and edit *if* any issues pop up. HIGHLY recommended.

Appeared to do quality work, on time, and for a fair/reasonable price. Our 19 year old gutters had been installed with spikes (which were pulling loose from house) so First Choice installed hidden gutter brackets that are screwed into the house. The repair man got right to it and had brackets installed in about 90 minutes. Haven't had a strong rain yet, but I will check performance during rainstorm (rain had been leaking behind some of the gutters that had pulled loose).

Chris and his team were wonderful! They came when they said they would and their work was superb! I've had lots of great comments on my gutters since they've installed them. Their price was very fair also. I'd recommend them all day long!

These folks are terrific! We were in need of gutter repair on a property we own in VA and we were up from SC for a short time doing other work. Chris came out to do the estimate and the work was scheduled within a few days. Troy got the work done in no time and it was a very professional job. We are highly impressed with this company. I would recommend them to anyone needing new gutters or repairs on existing ones. The price was great too! These folks really are First Choice Quality Services!

Did a great job. Gutters work great, they recommended an extra downspout and it helped water flow. Cleaned up well after themselves. Price was reasonable . I'd hire them again.

Excellent job. It took a while to get scheduled but the quality of the job was great. I was a little nervous when only 1 installer showed up but he did excellent work and I was very impressed. Would use again no questions asked. Only suggestion, add in 15 minutes for installer to blow away debris from old gutters when they were removed. Still a 5 star review though!

Good experience, they came for estimate in timeframe they provided. Work was done on the day we set it up for, project was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up well. Had one small problem with one downspout and they came out and corrected the problem immediately. Very pleased with the work they performed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Workers came in and had the gutter up in 30 minutes with no left over trash to clean up. They were courteous and friendly.

First Choice responded quickly; gave me a reasonable estimate; and coordinated their work schedule with other work that was being done on my home. I videotaped an issue that I saw with one gutter and texted the video to the sales rep. I was given an apology and thanked for the video. An adjustment to the gutter was made promptly.

We were impressed with the amount of communication and ability to answer any and all questions we had quickly and professionally. Also, they were willing to adjust one of our other gutters without charging us for it. Definitely a great choice.
