You may have heard that becoming a general contractor (GC) in North Carolina isn’t one of the easiest things to accomplish. Despite that, our owner, Jeremy Gibson, became a licensed GC at the young age of 20. He has also added South Carolina’s general contractor license to his resume, although we primarily serve Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding communities.

In addition to holding two GC licenses here at Gibson Custom Construction, we are also LEED AP certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), have Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) standing, and are OSHA 30 certified. Jeremy’s many talents include construction experience and knowledge, mentoring, understanding an owner’s/client’s needs, preconstruction services, budgeting expertise, and experience educating our customers, so they make the best construction decisions. All of these skills are employed to make certain our clients always get the best experience from start to completion.
